格隆匯8月25日丨迪馬股份(600565.SH)披露2019年半年度報告，公司實現營業收入35.51億元，同比增長35.09%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.93億元，同比增長115.03%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤3.77億元，同比增長157.51%；基本每股收益0.16元。
2019年上半年，公司控股股東東銀控股債權人委員會第七次會議對東銀控股債務重組方案及重組框架協議進行了審議並獲投票表決通過，其債務重組工作進入重組實施階段，大股東債務事件的有利進展改善了公司房地產及專用車業務的外部發展環境。
報告期內，面對市場環境的變化，公司始終堅持追求"美好生活"及"創新營運"，深入打造和構建應對未來的能力，實現核心業務的持續穩定發展，保證了核心價值的增值。公司不斷探索差異化道路，通過"城市升級"配套促進產城融合發展，強化產業板塊發展，挖掘符合公司戰略發展所需的發展模式及渠道，積極探索和佈局地產及工業延伸領域的協同發展。2019年上半年，公司實現營業收入同比增長35.09%，歸屬於上市公司淨利潤同比增長115.03%。
報告期內，公司不忘初心，不斷提升公司社會責任，加強投資者關係管理，積極維護中小股東權益，完成年度分紅派息；積極推進股權激勵，提升員工參與度和協同性，增強員工歸屬感及信心；主動響應國家精準扶貧相關政策及號召，深入推進精準扶貧工作，實施薪火扶貧計劃並扶貧捐贈達60萬元。強化市場研判及細分投資准入，進一步落地精選深耕戰略公司以一二線重點城市羣"精選深耕"佈局為戰略，堅持長江流域經濟帶縱深發展，擴大華東、華中城市及長三角區域外延輻射，並拓展珠三角城市羣。
報告期內，公司新增土地儲備9宗，建築面積近134.35萬方，新獲土地的預期現金流回報效率上升明顯。新增的土地儲備主要位於上海、武漢、成都、重慶、西安等省會城市或經濟發展核心城市，新增土地儲備中位於二線以上城市的項目數量佔比達100%，深耕精選戰略的效果逐漸顯現。
