格隆匯8月25日丨恆為科技(603496.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，報告期內，公司實現營業收入2.32億元，同比增長5.92%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5222.64萬元，同比增長13.33%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤4791.66萬元，同比增長11.35%；基本每股收益0.3676元。
報告期內，公司持續加大產品和技術研發力度，圍繞戰略發展方向加強市場佈局，並大力引進人才，優化公司組織架構，為未來可持續發展奠定基礎。公司主營業務發展勢頭良好，營業收入和利潤均保持增長態勢。公司作為國內領先的網絡可視化基礎架構供應商，主要解決方案和產品繼續增強競爭優勢，市場地位得到進一步加強。受益於網絡數據流量和大數據等網絡可視化相關應用功能的發展，以及政府對信息安全領域的重視，公司的網絡可視化基礎架構業務持續增長。而在嵌入式與融合計算領域，公司在國產自主可控方向持續加大投入，產品已在多個重要客户逐步獲得認可，未來成長可期。同時公司持續加強產品創新和成本控制力度，主要業務的毛利率在激烈競爭中仍然保持穩定。
上半年，公司研發投入的金額為5207.68萬元，與去年同期相比增長42.02%，佔營業收入22.49%。2019年半年度，公司及全資、控股子公司共新增獲得軟件著作權10項。
公司募投項目進展良好，各項目均已基本完成。在新一代網絡可視化基礎架構、國產自主可控嵌入式平台、融合計算平台等方向上均投入研發了一系列產品和解決方案，以積極迎接4G+/5G等移動通信網絡升級換代、信息安全重要性持續提升、以及信息系統國產自主化等重大市場趨勢，為公司未來幾年的發展打下良好基礎。
此外，加強公司管理體系建設和組織架構優化，提升運營效率；完善內控體系，繼續完善法人治理結構及內控制度，嚴格按照相關法律、法規的要求，不斷完善和健全各項規章管理制度，保障公司決策、執行及監督的合法性、規範性和有效性。
