寧滬高速(600377.SH)上半年淨利潤跌8.3%至22.82億元
格隆匯8月25日丨寧滬高速(600377.SH)披露2019年半年度報告,集團實現營業利潤約29.95億元,同比下降約5.11%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約22.82億元,同比減少8.30%,每股盈利約0.4529元。主要由於去年同期公司按照非同一控制下企業合併準則要求合併瀚威公司確認了約4.31億元評估增值收益,報告期扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約22.66億元,同比增長約9.78%。
集團累計實現營業總收入約48.35億元,同比下降約5.96%,其中,實現道路通行費收入約37.80億元,同比增長約5.18%;配套業務收入約6.11億元,同比下降約14.96%;房地產銷售業務收入約4.12億元,同比下降約48.38%;廣告及其他業務收入約3312.9萬元,同比增長約3.19%。
把握新要求,高效率推進省界站撤除工作。積極落實國務院和交通運輸部的全新部署要求,大力推動ETC發展應用工作。按照國務院《深化收費公路制度改革取消高速公路省界收費站實施方案》精神,全面推進滬寧路ETC門架系統、入口稱重、車道改造等工程建設,強化成本控制,最大限度統籌使用既有設施設備資源。按照總體進度安排,今年年底將完成全部項目建設,達到交通部2020年1月1日起實行全國一張網運行要求,從而進一步提高綜合交通運輸網絡效率,提升人民羣眾的獲得感、幸福感、安全感。其中,自2019年7月1日起,本公司已嚴格實行了對ETC用户5%的車輛通行費優惠政策。
開創新模式,高水平推進大流量安全保暢。組織開展國內首次高速公路主線直升機應急救援演練,在省內率先引入直升機應急救援新模式,"空地一體"救援體系建設取得新進展;《滬寧高速公路超大流量路段通行保障關鍵技術研究與工程示範》課題研究持續推進;"高速公路主線救援驛站"項目成果成功獲得國家知識產權局授予的實用新型專利證書;研發的應急車道主動管控、連續式港灣車道和匝道管控等新方式,在滬寧路流量最大路段無錫碩放-東橋進行了成功應用,該路段"五一"假期與去年相比,通行量提升34%,擁堵次數降低65%,平均擁堵距離縮短33%,交通事故數降低77%,大流量路段的通行能力和清障救援水平得到了顯着提升。
展現新高度,高質量推進服務區轉型升級。截止目前,滬寧路6對服務區已有5對完成改造並投入運營,最後的竇莊服務區改造工程正在加快推進中,滬寧路服務區經營模式轉型"3+3"方案即將收官;重裝開業的陽澄湖服務區完美呈現了"夢裏水鄉、詩畫江南"改造主題,綜合樓總建築面積3.9萬平方米,園林面積1萬平方米,是目前全國體量最大的園林服務區,自5月19日試營業以來,日均接待車流、客流量同比上升40%;升級轉型後的滬寧路服務區有效助力商業地產發揮商業功能,經濟收益進一步提升,也為今後五峯山服務區運營管理積累了寶貴的商業地產管理經驗。
