格隆匯8月25日丨晶方科技(603005.SH)披露2019年半年度報告，公司實現營業收入2.00億元，同比減少27.91%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2155.57萬元，同比減少10.99%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤67.69萬元，同比減少94.44%；基本每股收益0.09元。
面對產業環境與發展趨勢，公司積極應對發展挑戰，拓展新興的業發展機遇，持續專注於傳感器領域的先進封裝業務，加強技術持續創新與工藝優化，推進市場拓展轉型與量產進度，努力延伸產業服務，提升管理與運營效率。
1、加強技術持續創新與工藝優化。以市場和客户需求為導向，堅持技術持續創新投入，不斷優化8寸、12寸的封裝工藝能力，提升FAN-OUT技術的工藝效率與規模量產能力，推進汽車電子產品封裝技術的工藝水平與量產準備，積極開發佈局系統模塊封裝、光學設計與器件製造技術能力。
2、鞏固提升既有市場份額，推進新應用市場的拓展轉型。針對影像傳感芯片市場，通過降低封裝成本、縮短封裝週期，提升封裝效率來鞏固提升既有市場份額；針對指紋識別芯片市場，緊貼市場需求進行技術工藝創新，開發導入超薄指紋、光學屏下指紋等封裝技術，滿足不斷變化的產品創新需求；瞄準汽車電子及工業類領域產品的技術與市場要求，努力推進汽車電子領域的規模量產進度；積極拓展3D感應識別市場，有效把握傳感器領域的新應用市場機遇。
3、延伸產業服務能力。向模組、測試業務延伸，增強與客户的合作粘度。同時利用自身既有的市場與產業資源，積極開展產業鏈的併購拓展，通過參與成立產業基金完成對荷蘭Anteryon公司的併購，並努力開展技術與業務的協調整合，一方面持續提升Anteryon在光學設計領域的核心優勢，進一步拓展在工業、汽車等應用領域的市場規模。同時，努力將其領先的設計與製造技術進行移植，在蘇州建設產線，以實現規模量產。
4、提升管理與運營效率。加強內部生產管理與資源整合，一方面持續推進事業部制管理模式，提高各事業部的自主運營水平與激勵考核；同時加強生產流程、供應鏈與市場資源的整合，優化供應鏈與市場資源的協同共贏，切實提高生產與人員效率。
