格隆匯8月25日丨三角防務(300775.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，報告期內，公司實現營業收入3.19億元，同比增長32.39%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤9352.7萬元，同比增長18.40%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤8883.72萬元，同比增長13.26%；基本每股收益0.21元；擬每10股派發現金紅利1元(含税)。
2019年上半年度對公司來講意義非凡，2019年5月，公司成功於深圳證券交易所創業板掛牌上市，公司發展進入新的階段。上半年公司圍繞發展戰略和經營計劃，夯實技術優勢，各項業務保持了良好增長的勢頭，整體達到預期。
市場開拓方面：鞏固已有市場份額的同時，挖掘市場潛力，擴大市場份額，公司的各項產品得到新老客户的廣泛認可，對公司產品及服務保持較高的滿意度。
技術研發方面：公司為加強技術創新能力，建立了一系列研發項目立項、研發經費投入與核算和研發人員激勵與考核等方面的制度，通過項目實施管理和項目考核與激勵，提高研發人員的積極性。
安全生產和環境保護方面：公司嚴格遵守國家有關安全生產的法律法規，注重員工職業健康安全，着力提高員工個人的防範意識和安全意識，防止事故發生，已建立起完善的安全生產管理制度。公司重視企業的環境保護責任，嚴格遵守國家環保方面的法律、法規和相關政策，不存在因環境違法行為而受到環保部門行政處罰的情形。
人力資源方面：公司員工是公司的核心資源之一，是可持續發展的基礎。公司一直注重人才培養和管理，並採取了一系列吸引和穩定核心人員的措施，包括建立有效的績效管理體系、增加培訓機會、創造良好的工作和文化氛圍等。公司將根據既定的業務發展目標制定相應的人力資源發展計劃，通過高校招聘補充有潛力的優秀新生力量，通過社會招聘引進富有經驗的技術人員、管理人員和銷售人員，不斷完善人才激勵機制，建立健全的培訓體系，建立一支高素質人才隊伍，確保公司業務發展目標的實現。
管理體系方面：報告期內，根據最新的法律法規及規範性文件，並結合公司實際情況，公司修訂了《公司章程》、《股東大會議事規則》、《董事會議事規則》、《監事會議事規則》、《獨立董事工作制度》及董事會各專門委員會議事規則等制度，進一步健全和完善了公司治理結構，促進公司合規運營。
此外，公司嚴格按照國家相關法律法規，規範公司內部治理結構和履行信息披露義務。健全投資者溝通平台，規範投資者關係管理工作，加強公司與投資者和潛在投資者之間的溝通，增進投資者對公司的瞭解和認同，建立公司與投資者之間長期、穩定的良好關係，從而提升公司的美譽度、可持續發展能力，實現公司價值和股東權益的雙贏。
