天順風能(002531.SZ)半年度淨利潤增長38.42%至3.34億元
格隆匯8月25日丨天順風能(002531.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，報告期內，公司實現營業收入24.77億元，同比增長53.26%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.34億元，同比增長38.42%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤3.16億元，同比增長41.79%；基本每股收益0.19元。
新能源設備製造方面，經過2018年對太倉、包頭、珠海生產中心的改擴建，公司塔筒板塊產能較去年同期有所提升，推動了風塔及相關產品產銷量的上升。報告期內，公司風塔及相關產品生產量22.24萬噸，同比增加43.39%；銷售量20.38萬噸，同比增加21.74%。此外，為順應國內風電產業發展趨勢，強化風塔主業競爭優勢，公司在山東鄄城投資建設塔筒工廠，計劃年產能10萬噸，預計將於今年底完工投產。2019年上半年，中厚板價格先漲後跌，整體水平與去年同期相比有所降低；匯率方面，1-6月人民幣對美元匯率走勢相對平穩。
上半年，由於行業需求有所回暖，疊加風電設備大型化的長期趨勢，國內大型風電葉片的供應出現了一定程度的緊缺。公司將持續關注葉片市場的整體供求和區域發展狀態，並結合自身的客户開拓情況，適時進行葉片板塊的產能擴張。報告期內，公司葉片生產量86套，銷售量89套；模具生產量13套，銷售量13套。
新能源開發方面，報告期內，公司發電業務板塊上網電量56,796.10萬千瓦時，實現銷售收入27,805.35萬元，銷售收入同比增長78.84%。截至半年報披露日，公司2019年新增併網容量為215MW，累計併網容量680MW，在手已核准項目199.4MW。
智慧能源方面，截至報告披露日，公司智慧能源板塊已經組建了90多人的基礎團隊，分佈於深圳、上海、北京、武漢四個城市，覆蓋了市場分析、產品開發、產品銷售、解決方案、採購交付的完整業務鏈。報告期內，天順智慧能源重點打造的天順風能太倉工廠微電網示範項目穩步推進，為探索輕資產運營模式、提升項目示範意義，天順智慧能源為本項目引進了第三方投資，目前已完成三方協議的簽署和項目前期準備。未來公司將繼續加快在智慧能源領域的佈局，聚焦產品研發、項目儲備和隊伍建設，探索公司新的利潤增長點。
