焦點科技(002315.SZ)上半年實現淨利潤1.11億元 同比增長230.51%
格隆匯8月25日丨焦點科技(002315.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，報告期內，公司實現營業收入4.8億元，同比增長18.45%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.11億元，同比增長230.51%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤4620.12萬元，同比增長241.09%；基本每股收益0.47元。
報告期內，公司重新梳理、優化中國製造網事業部組織結構，實現組織扁平化，加強前、後台溝通合作與客户服務意識，優化制度，釋放生產力，全力保障一線銷售工作，助力業績快速增長。為保證跨境交易戰略的有力實施，成立獨立跨境交易事業部及IBD部門，專注開發海外交易市場，與美國子公司合作開展海外地推服務。強化技術研發、產品運營、市場推廣、人力資源、財務、行政、法務等橫向部門職能支持及企業中台建設，為公司業績突破、持續發展提供高效支持與堅實保障。
同時，公司進一步要求、鼓勵開放性思維，加強各事業部內、事業部間、縱橫向、企業內外部資源整合與合作共贏，竭盡全力創造客户認可的有價值的產品及服務，持續創新，打造、完善健康的企業生態系統，快速實現業績的有效增長與企業的跨越式發展。
上半年，公司選拔、任命了多名與企業價值觀一致、德才兼備、勇於擔當的青年管理者進入公司管理層，為公司經營、組織發展注入新鮮血液與持續動力，同時要求公司管理層以及各級團隊主動深入客户和市場，真正從用户角度出發，不斷挖掘用户需求，落實產品與服務的創新與改進，為用户創造價值，與市場和用户共同成長。
2019年上半年，公司合併報表範圍內共實現營業總收入為4.93億元，較上年同期增長18.35%，主要系報告期內會員業務及保險業務量快速增加，導致會員費及保險佣金收入大幅增長；公司2019年上半年營業利潤和利潤總額分別為1.35億元、1.37億元，較上年同期分別增長296.56%和263.19%，主要系營業收入的增長，以及報告期內作為交易性金融資產核算的“潤和軟件”股票的股價波動，公允價值變動收益和處置收益大幅增加所致。
