大連友誼(000679.SZ)子公司瀋陽星獅新增部分債務逾期
格隆匯8月24日丨大連友誼(000679.SZ)公佈,公司全資子公司瀋陽星獅房地產開發有限公司(“瀋陽星獅”)因開發產品去化較慢,資金狀況緊張,致使部分債務逾期未能清償,逾期貸款本金9840萬元,具體內容詳見公司於2019年7月9日披露的《關於子公司部分債務逾期的公告》。
瀋陽星獅於近日收到《貸款全部提前到期告知函》,因瀋陽星獅部分債務逾期,致使剩餘借款本金1億元全部提前到期,該部分貸款亦發生逾期,上述逾期借款本金共計1.948億元。
截至目前,瀋陽星獅已償還3201萬元。
