深高速(600548.SH)半年度扣非淨利潤升79.49%至14.14億元
格隆匯8月24日丨深高速(600548.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入26.99億元，同比增長0.81%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤15.77億元，同比增長62.79%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤14.14億元，同比增長79.49%；基本每股收益0.723元。
2019年上半年，集團切實做好收費公路主業和委託管理業務工作，同時穩步推進環保、清潔能源等新業務。報告期集團實現營業收入約26.99億元，同比增長0.81%。其中，實現路費收入約22.04億元、委託管理服務收入約0.85億元、房地產開發收入約3.09億元、廣告及其他業務收入約1.0億元，分別佔集團總收入的81.67%、3.16%、11.47%和3.7%。
為實現轉型升級的戰略目標，集團在提升並整固收費公路主業的同時，以市場化、專業化、產業化為導向，對內部的組織架構和職能進行了調整和整合，已逐步搭建起城市基礎設施、環保、運營、建設和廣告等業務平台，包括以拓展基礎設施建設市場及聯動土地綜合開發業務為主的投資公司；以輸出公路運營、養護管理服務及智能交通業務為主的運營發展公司；以拓展大環保產業相關業務為主的環境公司；以輸出工程建設管理服務為主的建設發展公司；以廣告資源租賃和開發業務為主的廣告公司。集團將通過上述平台公司，充分發揮自身在基礎設施運營及基建管理、集成管理方面的競爭優勢，將業務領域拓展至城市與交通基礎設施建設運營服務以及聯動的土地綜合開發業務領域，並積極向產業鏈上、下游延伸業務範圍，發展交通規劃、設計諮詢、運營維護、智能交通系統、廣告服務、金融等服務型業務，同時謹慎尋求與環保行業龍頭、品牌企業的合作機會，高起點進入相關環保業務領域，逐步培育集團在某些環保細分領域的專業競爭實力，努力拓展集團經營發展空間。
現階段，集團的收入和盈利主要來源於收費公路的經營和投資，環保業務盈利貢獻正在逐步顯現。此外，本集團還為政府和其他企業提供優質的建造管理和公路營運管理服務，並憑藉相關管理經驗和資源，依託主業開展項目開發與管理、廣告、工程諮詢、聯網收費和金融等業務。
