蘇州高新(600736.SH)半年度淨利潤降32.29%至2.20億元
格隆匯8月24日丨蘇州高新(600736.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入52.60億元，同比增長175.75%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.20億元，同比下降32.29%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.25億元，同比增長544.50%；基本每股收益0.19元。
截至2019年6月末，公司總資產440.62億元，同比增長18.87%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨資產62.64億元，同比增長3.49%。上半年，公司實現營業收入52.60億元，同比增長175.75%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.20億元，受同期非經常性損益金額較大，而本期非經常性損益金額較小影響，同比下降32.29%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.25億元，同比增長544.50%，公司主營業務貢獻進一步提升，盈利結構更趨優化。
2019年1-6月，公司商品房累計實現合同銷售面積12.72萬平方米，同比減少35.87%；合同銷售金額22.98億元，同比減少16.27%；商品房銷售均價1.81萬元平方米，同比增長30.56%；主要在售樓盤有翡翠四季、合肥中央公館、吳江天城花園等。上半年，公司商品房累計結轉面積36.45萬平方米，同比增長200.48%；結轉收入47.76億元，同比增長230.54%；主要結轉項目有吳江天城花園、遇見山、公園裏等。
上半年，公司5座污水廠合計完成污水處理量3817萬噸，同比增加18.65%，實現營收8900.76萬元。為了進一步推進水務一體化運營，公司正啟動區內污水管網的整體摸排工作。項目建設方面，一污廠地下遷建項目有序推進，原一污廠地塊已啟動土地收儲的準備工作；二污廠、鎮湖廠遷建項目已啟動前期工作。公司現有5座污水廠開展提標改造，預計2022年底全部完成，屆時污水日處理能力將由28萬噸提高至48萬噸。
