九鼎投資(600053.SH)半年度業績實現扭虧為盈至2.19億元
格隆匯8月25日丨九鼎投資(600053.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，報告期內，公司實現營業收入4.30億元，同比增長12.38%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.19億元，上年同期淨虧損332.74萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2.18億元，上年同期扣非淨虧損440.62萬元；基本每股收益0.5041元。
上半年，公司重點工作如下：(1)在投資端，打磨內功、加強行業研究能力、把握行業投資機會，深入挖掘並創造投資項目的價值；(2)在資金端，維護好現有客户，加強增量機構資金客户的開發力度；(3)房地產業務方面，推動“紫金城”項目四期的竣工交付和五期的前期準備工作；(4)支持聯營企業九泰基金的業務發展，和九泰基金的其他股東完成了對九泰基金的增資。
報告期內，公司管理的股權基金新增實繳規模5.27億元；新增投資規模5.6億元。報告期內公司在管基金收到項目回款(含退出款、分紅、業績補償款等)合計43.84億元。公司報告期內獲得管理費收入為0.69億元，管理報酬收入為3.20億元。報告期內，公司管理基金的已投企業共有17個投資項目完全退出(其中上市減持退出5家，掛牌減持/轉讓退出5家，其他轉讓/回購退出7家)，完全退出項目的本金為17.46億元，累計收回金額為57.05億元，綜合IRR為26.9%。
截至2019年6月30日，公司歷史管理的基金累計實繳規模374億元，期末在管基金累計實繳規模335.51億元，在管基金剩餘實繳規模201.85億元；公司歷史管理的基金累計投資規模為330.60億元，期末在管基金累計投資規模292.21億元，在管基金剩餘投資本金183.93億元；公司歷史管理的基金累計投資項目數量358家，期末在管基金累計投資項目數量343家，在管基金尚未退出項目數量229家。
此外，截至今年6月底公司在管基金已完全退出項目的全部投資本金為102.84億元(收回金額為286.72億元，綜合IRR為32.90%)，已完全退出項目數量120家；已上市及新三板掛牌但尚未完全退出的項目投資本金為59.52億元。截至2019年6月30日，公司管理基金的已投企業在國內外各資本市場上市的累計達到62家，在新三板掛牌的累計達到64家。
