格隆匯8月25日丨林洋能源(601222.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，報告期內，公司實現營業收入16.68億元，同比增長3.37%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4.18億元，同比增長5.30%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤4.04億元，同比增長2.57%；基本每股收益0.24元。
報告期內，公司圍繞年初制定的各項目標，在董事會“增強運營效率、全力降本增效”十二字方針指導下，準確把握行業政策和發展方向，“智能、節能、新能源”三大板塊全面推進。公司實現營業收入16.68億元，同比增長3.37%，淨利潤4.19億元，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4.18億元，同比增長5.30%。
上半年，公司智能板塊業務發揮自身優勢，積極應對行業變化，順利完成各項經營指標。國網智能電錶及用電信息採集終端在2019年第一批招標需求顯著增長，公司成功中標金額約2.4億元，同比增長62%；同時，南網各區域電能表及採集終端框架招標中，合計中標金額約3.79億元，同比增長57%。公司在國網、南網、地方電力公司中標數量及金額均名列前茅。
報告期內，在海外智能用電業務的拓展方面，公司有效推進大客户戰略和自主品牌業務拓展，全面合作開拓全球市場，在重點海外市場設立子公司或合資公司，並與各國的當地合作伙伴深耕當地市場。公司和全球智能電錶行業領先企業蘭吉爾集團全面戰略合作，成功中標葡萄牙EDP電力公司智能表項目；公司在立陶宛控股子公司ELGAMA，成功中標烏克蘭當地最大的新能源公司DTEK的智能表項目；公司在境外自主品牌拓展上成效顯著，成功簽約中國香港中華電力智能表項目；中標孟加拉當地電力公司智能電錶招標項目；與尼日利亞當地合作伙伴簽訂智能表成套設備框架協議。公司將持續把握海外市場機遇，積極響應國家一帶一路戰略，積極在中東、亞太、歐洲和非洲等海外市場進行重點佈局、培養市場，為業務的進一步拓展發展奠定基礎。報告期內，實現境外銷售2807萬美元，在手訂單達4072萬美元。
報告期內，公司新能源板塊業務充分發揮自身優勢，積極應對行業變化，實現銷售收入8.1億元，其中電費收入7.37億元，同比增長11.2%。截止2019年6月30日，公司開發建設已併網運行的各類光伏電站裝機容量約1.5GW。為進一步鞏固在分佈式光伏電站的領先地位，公司積極儲備各類分佈式電站資源，且在手儲備項目達1.6GW以上。
此外，報告期內公司智慧能效管理雲平台已覆蓋3,769個工商業耗能大户，部署超過37,000個能效採集點，管理用電負荷超過820MW，日用電量超過2,100萬度。公司經過多年對工商業能耗數據的分析，憑藉專業技術有針對性的為用户開展節能改造、合同能源管理等業務，積累了豐富的經驗。平台上高能耗企業和行業用户接入量逐年增長，如鋼鐵、化工等傳統高能耗企業保持較高的接入量增長，同時交通、清潔供暖等行業用户也成為平台上的新興行業用户。
