北方稀土(600111.SH)半年度扣非淨利潤升36.91%至2.11億元
格隆匯8月24日丨北方稀土(600111.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入85.19億元，同比增長49.62%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.66億元，同比增長22.18%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2.11億元，同比增長36.91%；基本每股收益0.0732元。
公司根據國家稀土總量控制計劃，按照精益生產和“三優先”原則，系統組織生產，充分釋放原料板塊產能，攤薄成本，加強流程管控，不斷優化工藝技術，原料產品產量實現新突破。功能材料及下游終端應用產業按照“一貫制”組產要求，以市場為導向，有效銜接上下游工序，努力提升產品穩定性，初步構建起以市場為導向的精益生產體系。
公司根據市場形勢，結合年度計劃，靈活實施營銷與貿易策略，穩定主營業務收入，提高非稀土產品貿易收入，實現營業收入穩步增長。加強稀土主業營銷，制定組合營銷策略，鞏固和拓展營銷渠道，鑭鈰類產品和鐠釹類產品營銷各有側重，實施差異化營銷；多渠道外購資源銷售稀土原料產品，加大稀土社會貿易，確保稀土主業營銷收入。大宗原輔材料貿易拓寬品種和渠道，在合理合規、安全高效的前提下，持續做大貿易規模；充分發揮下屬國貿公司上海分公司作用，豐富有色金屬貿易品種，搶抓有利時機，提高非稀土貿易收入。
公司穩步推進建設項目：稀土醫療產業基地建設基本結束，預計年底具備使用條件；SCR催化劑粉體示範線項目竣工，進行設備單體調試。加快推進合資合作項目：合資成立北方稀土平源鎂鋁(內蒙古)合金有限公司，實現鎂鋁合金產業突破；加快希捷環保脱硝催化劑產品推廣進度；積極推動柴油車尾氣催化劑項目新公司運營；稀土醫療產業基地超導磁共振項目和醫療影像雲平台項目已完成新公司註冊。公司還積極推進白雲鄂博稀土精礦綠色環保冶煉新工藝工業化試驗項目等建設項目前期工作；在稀土冶煉分離、稀土合金、稀土永磁電機、有色金屬及稀土催化材料等產業領域遴選合資合作標的，有序推進前期工作。
整合科技資源，發揮國家重點實驗室、稀土新材料測試與評價等平台作用，打破企業內部科研壁壘，促進聯合攻關，有效提升公司整體科研水平。科技創新成果突出：自主研發的新型PVC稀土穩定劑技術達到國際先進水平，實現產業化；稀土基SCR脱硝催化劑性能滿足國六排放標準；稀土鐵合金技術達到國際領先水平；分析研究稀土在農業領域的應用潛力，為農用稀土新領域的發展提供依據。
