智度股份(000676.SZ)半年度淨利潤減少25.32%至3.27億元
格隆匯8月24日丨智度股份(000676.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，報告期內，公司實現營業收入48.6億元，同比增長28.85%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.27億元，同比減少25.32%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2.98億元，同比減少28.75%；基本每股收益0.2588元。
主營業務發展良好
第三方搜索流量入口業務方面，境外平台Spigot憑藉較強的技術壁壘、優質的品牌客户以及優秀的業務團隊，不斷開拓進取，取得了良好的成績；移動廣告聯盟業務方面，FMOBI作為境內流量平台，應用國內領先的SSP等技術處理系統，通過自有產品和第三方產品聚合優質流量，不斷為互聯網用户提供優質、便利的服務，商業變現能力不斷增強。
數字營銷業務方面，智度亦復是騰訊廣點通、百度、阿里神馬、360和搜狗搜索的核心代理商，並取得了VIVO、小米、愛奇藝、一點資訊等硬核媒體廠商的核心代理資質，為金融、遊戲、快消、汽車、旅遊、家電等行業的品牌廣告主提供營銷服務。報告期內，公司穩步向互聯網遊戲業務和互聯網金融業務拓展，在逐步提升業務規模的同時，增強上市公司的持續盈利能力。
全球化佈局進展順利
報告期內，Spigot作為境外業務發展的核心平台，在積極推進國際化業務、堅持全球化戰略的同時，平衡境內外業務共同發展，兩塊並舉地為公司持續穩健發展奠定堅實的基礎。為充分發揮公司資源優勢、拓展海外廣告市場，為全球範圍內手機廠商提供海外客户資源和系統平台建設等解決方案，最終實現打造具有國際影響力的海外移動商業變現體系，公司於2019 年3月與蘇州躍盟、上海邑炎共同投資設立深圳智度邑盟信息技術有限公司。本次投資將有效優化公司目前的業務結構、實現業務聯動、增強核心競爭力，對公司發展戰略的實施有積極的意義。
產融戰略進一步落實
公司堅持內生髮展與外延擴張同步推進，在做大公司現有業務體量的同時，藉助自身優勢，尋找新的業績增長點。公司設立了互聯網小額貸款公司、保理公司和西藏智度保險經紀有限公司，以此豐富業務模式，推動公司收入結構多元化，增強整體業務可持續發展能力和市場競爭力。
