東莞控股(000828.SZ)上半年淨利潤增長23.75%至5.55億元
格隆匯8月24日丨東莞控股(000828.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，報告期內，公司實現營業收入7.90億元，同比減少0.06%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5.55億元，同比增長23.75%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤5.5億元，同比增長23.16%；基本每股收益0.5338元。
2019年上半年，公司繼續深入推進“產融雙驅”的發展戰略，促進高速公路運營與融資租賃、商業保理業務的協調發展。報告期，公司落實推進軌道交通1號線一期工程PPP項目，完成東莞市軌道一號線建設發展有限公司的註冊登記，簽署《PPP項目合同》，為該項目的順利投資建設奠定了堅實基礎；在新能源充電服務領域，公司通過控股的東能新能源公司和參股的康億創新能源科技公司大力佈局新建充電站，推動形成充電網絡系統，目前已建設佈局充電站29座，充電樁441台。報告期，公司實現營業收入7.90億元、利潤總額6.88億元、淨利潤5.56億元，分別同比增長-0.06%、18.54%、23.50%。
在高速公路運營管理方面，公司圍繞“經營創效，優質服務”為工作中心，收費業績穩中有進。上半年，公司所屬高速公路實現收費車流量5195.07萬輛，同比增長9.13%，實現通行費收入6.20億元，同比增長7.09%。在對外投資方面，報告期公司參股的虎門大橋公司受路網分流、限制貨車通行等原因的影響，導致其利潤下降21.20%，但受益於東莞證券及東莞信託上半年表現良好的業績，公司在報告期確認投資收益1.57億元，同比增長154.29%。
在金融業務領域，公司以穩健發展為原則、以服務實體經濟為導向，聚焦基礎設施、公共交通、新能源等行業。公司深耕存量業務，發掘潛在客户，拓展新業務，但受部分業務提前還款、集中到期的影響，業務規模及收益有所下降。至2019年6月末，公司的融資租賃和商業保理業務總規模39.44億元。報告期，融通租賃公司、宏通保理公司分別實現淨利潤3,336.95萬元、4,143.76萬元，比去年同期增長-11.99%、30.83%。
