格隆匯8月24日丨寶光股份(600379.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入4.36億元，同比增長10.22%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2248.20萬元，同比增長5.72%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2101.88萬元，同比增長0.67%；基本每股收益0.0953元。
公司積極維護和開拓市場，經營規模穩步增長。在電真空器件行業產能過剩，競爭加劇的背景下，國內營銷工作以“搶市場，保訂單”為抓手，全力做好重大客户投中標工作的同時，開發新客户數十家，實現營收貢獻；國際市場通過把握外貿政策，跟進服務，東亞市場實現大幅增長。另外，公司通過合理授權，資源調配，氣體銷售收入大幅增長，電氣配件相關業務獲施耐德供應商資質，訂單量增加，子板塊業務輻射能力得到有效提升。
着力提升生產組織效率，進一步發揮產能潛力。公司發起實施“堅強供應鏈”項目，強化零件保障能力；組織實施精益改善、技術改造、工業化信息化融合項目多個，集約化提升產能水平；技術質量系統通過過程質量成本管控，產品質量穩定提升，訂單履約能力增強。上半年，滅弧室、固封極柱訂單準時交付率同比均保持增長，分別達到99.52%和99.68%。
收入利潤同時增加，是上半年公司產品結構發生了積極變化，主要原材料價格平穩，子板塊業務增長共同作用的結果。
報告期內，公司上下齊心協力，主要生產經營指標平穩上升。但是，滅弧室市場總需求放緩，競爭惡化趨勢明顯，滅弧室產品成本管控訴求將越發強烈。下半年公司將繼續貫徹執行公司既定工作主線，堅持“主業突出，相關多元”經營思路，維護好滅弧室國內、國際市場，紮實推進降本增效。同時，支持和引導子板塊產業發展和科技創新，加強投融資併購團隊建設，結合自身優勢，把握市場趨勢，通過投融資、產業併購等方式在智能製造、泛在電力物聯網、工控大數據、新能源、新材料等國家戰略新興產業領域尋找新的增長點，為完成年度目標任務而努力。
