格隆匯8月24日丨設計總院(603357.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入7.36億元，同比下降11.35%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.18億元，同比下降11.56%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2.09億元，同比下降14.92%；基本每股收益0.48元。
報告期末，公司在手訂單31.99億元，比上年度末增長8.15%。報告期內，因省內交通行業受土地、生態紅線等審批要求約束，高速公路、國省道和水運項目未能按原計劃推進，相應投資暫緩，項目週期延長，制約了公司部分項目收入的確認，同步影響到公司利潤。報告期內，公司實現營業收入7.36億元，同比下降11.35%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.18億元，同比下降11.56%。報告期內，公司加強了市場區域，特別是省外市場的佈局和拓展，加強了橫向跨界及一體化業務領域的拓展和建設，上半年新籤合同額9.98億元，較上年同期增長5.34%。
省內市場，報告期內公司中標了合肥至周口高速公路南照至臨泉段、S326汊河至全椒段（東部幹線）、合肥高鐵西客站綜合交通樞紐、S348歙縣街口至王村公路改善工程、S252潁州雙郢至阜南焦陂段改建工程、合肥市包河區瀋陽路第一批大建設道路、合肥市新西站片區市政配套工程等項目。報告期內，公司省內營業收入5.50億元，同比下降16.96%，省內新籤合同7.60億元，同比增長1.99%。公司同步加強了對省內市場的存量挖掘，報告期內公司中標了安徽省高速公路國土空間控制規劃報告編制項目以及蚌埠、淮北、六安、滁州、宣城等市的國省道或交通基礎設施國土空間控制規劃項目，公司將在規劃包含的項目中具有先發優勢，為後期省內市場的長期穩定發展提供了支持。
省外市場，報告期內公司中標了2019—2023年廣西高速公路規劃項目前期工作、廣東省惠州機場疏港快線改建工程項目、江蘇省溧梅河(一期)水利配套工程、甘肅省X322線安全生命防護工程監理、國高網G8012彌勒至楚雄高速公路玉溪至楚雄段工程隧道地質超前預報、監控量測及質量檢測、成都市雙流區農村公路橋樑市場化管養(第1包)政府採購項目等項目；經營網絡建設方面，設立了四川天設、浙江天達兩個控股公司和從事水運業務的浙江分公司；對外交流合作方面，與核工業長沙中南建設集團等簽署戰略合作協議。報告期內，公司共新拓展地市級以上市場18個，形成了以四川、廣東、雲南、甘肅、西藏、天津等組成的較為穩定的省外經營網絡格局。報告期內，公司省外營業收入1.85億元，同比增長15.08%，省外新籤合同2.38億元，同比增長17.20%。
