中兵紅箭(000519.SZ)半年度淨利潤增長3.87%至1.61億元
格隆匯8月24日丨中兵紅箭(000519.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，報告期內，公司實現營業收入22.05億元，同比增長6.61%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.61億元，同比增長3.87%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.51億元，同比增長5.18%；基本每股收益0.1154元。
報告期內，公司堅持“穩中有進、進中創優”工作總基調，全面貫徹新發展理念，進一步提高政治站位，聚焦強軍主業主責，不折不扣地履行好強軍首責；增強民品發展能力與實力，推動公司高質量、可持續發展。公司實現營業總收入較去年同期增長6.61%，其中：實現主營業務收入21.26億元，其他業務收入7848萬元。實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤同比增長3.87%。
從經營情況上來看，公司運行質量持續改善，收入和利潤均有所增長，價值創造能力增強。帶息負債持續下降，利息支出同比下降，財務金融風險得到有效控制。
從裝備保障上來看，積極履行強軍首責，軍品任務順利交付，高質量履行核心使命。公司開展了裝備保障能力建設，構建了目標導向、問題導向的裝備保障體系運行模式，公司制定了《中兵紅箭股份有限公司裝備保障體系》，對裝備訂貨、生產、交付、保障服務全流程工作機制進行了梳理與優化，明確了構建、推薦、實施裝備保障體系的決心、目標與路徑。為推動裝備保障能力建設，在各軍品子公司開展了“裝備保障提升年”活動，按照“三對照”、“四優化”、“六提升”的工作要求，統籌組織裝備生產，科學分解計劃，補齊“外協配套、生產組織”的短板問題，切實履行強軍首責。2019年上半年公司軍品任務順利交付，高質量履行核心使命。
從民品發展上來看。公司組織所屬民品生產企業全面、系統梳理了民品發展現狀及存在的主要問題，綜合各民品生產企業重點民品發展現狀及當前和今後一段時間的形勢研判，明確了各民品生產企業的發展思路、發展目標、產品定位、市場定位、技術方向、核心能力和技術支撐。2019年上半年，受市場環境影響，總體民品收入有所下降，但是總體發展比較平穩，環比保持持平。公司加大產品結構調整，積極培育新的經濟增長點，培育鑽石產品上半年實現銷量、收入大幅增長，成為公司發展的新動能。
從綠色生產上來看，公司安全環保形勢保持平穩。未發生重傷及以上生產安全事故和生態環境污染事故，萬元產值綜合能耗、化學需氧量、二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放量同比均有所下降，嚴格踐行了綠色生產、綠色發展的理念。
