諾普信(002215.SZ)發佈半年報 淨利潤降5.65%至2.69億元
格隆匯8月24日丨諾普信(002215.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約24.53億元，同比增長4.38%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.69億元，同比下降5.65%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約2.46億元，同比增長2.51%；基本每股收益0.2963元。
2019年上半年，公司堅持切分經營，兩手長抓不懈：一手抓業務發展，一手抓組織建設。全體幹部和員工嚴格踐行“全心全意為農民服務”的基本價值觀，落實“一箇中心、三個根本點”，在運營體系、組織建設、文化價值觀三個方面做好相應配稱，三大戰略業務運營良好。
製劑業務，我們以客户為中心，習得一流作物解決方案，面向渠道深度融合；迴歸一個產品，積極推動大品與套餐服務，打造單品半年近5,000萬元銷量記錄；迴歸一個片區，單一作物單一客户關鍵病蟲害解決方案，打造6個樣板片區，以一流的產品和服務為客户創造關鍵價值。
田田圈，深挖增長驅動力，提升經營質量。專注大品/套餐，激發大店/大户的渠道潛力，聚焦核心作物和專業服務能力，整合上游供應商合作，拓展超常規增長的核心策略路徑。控費用、抓週轉和重考核，落實規劃，健全制度，組織建設，切實質量經營提升。
產業鏈，聚焦紅心火龍果等，其他作物同步MVP打樣板、再複製，探出一條切實可行的穩健道路。紅心火龍果以自種+合作的方式佈局7,000餘畝，聯合百果園、天地人，擁有自主品種權，發揮海南獨一無二反季節氣候優勢，打造最優品質的種植與生產；聚集和構建產業科研專家、種植達人為核心的人才體系，探索出一條由公司+農户+員工+場長合夥制的產業發展之路。
截至報告期末，田田圈累計持股比例51%的經銷商54家，納入公司合併報表的控股經銷商累計41家。持股比例45%參股經銷商2家，持股比例35%參股經銷商75家。
2019年1-6月納入合併報表控股經銷商營業收入約10.78億元，其中農藥製劑4.72億、化肥4.49億、農業服務1.55億(主要種子農機、耕地播種打藥、收割烘乾倉儲、農產品貿易等)，同比營業收入增長約1.64億元，增長率為17.92%。2019年1-6月控股經銷商歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤1187.91萬元，同比下降363.65萬元，下降23.44%。
