格隆匯8月23日丨歐亞集團(600697.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入85.60億元，同比增長12.30%；利潤總額4.12億元，同比增長4.47%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.29億元，同比增長0.35%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.29億元，同比增長7.28%；基本每股收益0.81元。
公司始終保持戰略定力，穩固現代百貨、商業綜合體、商超連鎖三大主力業態的發展根基，做亮特色，提升能級，補齊短板，向規模要效益，打好經營工作的攻堅戰。
公司努力發揮地段佈局的基礎優勢，持續關注和更新城區新亮點，增強企業規模聯動的競爭力，助力塑造歐亞品牌形象；注重網點佈局的科學合理性，不斷培育新消費增長點。報告期，根據年度整體開店計劃目標，結合上半年經營實際，公司新增門店4個，其中購物中心(百貨店)2個，連鎖超市2個，擴大了銷售覆蓋面，提高了市場佔有率。紅旗街超市位於公司主力門店歐亞商都北側50米處左右。報告期，公司對紅旗街超市進行了經營轉向調整，擬在其原址建立體停車場，旨在緩解改善歐亞商都停車位緊張的現狀，向轉型要效益。同時，有序推動了主要項目的建設進程：舒蘭歐亞購物中心項目進展順利；遼源歐亞購物中心二期項目已完成摘地，進入了方案設計階段；四平歐亞購物中心及商業地產開發項目、淨月歐亞購物中心項目已確定規劃方案，並取得了立項審批、環評批覆等部分手續。上述項目的循序漸進實施為公司的主業發展提供了蓄力支撐。
報告期，公司財務狀況良好，流動比率為0.35，較上年度末降低0.02，速動比率為0.16，較上年度末降低0.01。資產負債率為74.38%，較上年度末降低0.89個百分點。現金及現金等價物淨增加額約為-3.79億元。其中：經營活動產生的現金流量淨額約3.13億元，投資活動產生的現金流量淨額約-4.47億元，籌資活動產生的現金流量淨額約為-2.44億元，匯率變動對現金及現金等價物的影響為0.02萬元。
