招商銀行(600036.SH)決定啟動不超500億元減記型無固定期限資本債券的發行工作
格隆匯8月23日丨招商銀行(600036.SH)公佈,公司第十一屆董事會第三次會議召開,審議通過了《關於發行減記型無固定期限資本債券的議案》。決定啟動不超過人民幣500億元減記型無固定期限資本債券的發行工作。決議有效期從董事會審議通過本議案之日起至2020年12月31日止。
贖回選擇權:自發行之日起滿5年後,公司有權在獲得監管機關批准的前提下,全部或部分贖回本債券;
募集資金用途,根據適用法律和監管機關的批准,適時計入公司其他一級資本。
