天富能源(600509.SH)半年度業績盈轉虧至8688.03萬元
格隆匯8月23日丨天富能源(600509.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入22.53億元，同比下降2.03%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損8688.03萬元，上年同期盈利887.98萬元；基本每股虧損0.0755元。
報告期內，由於公司營業區內大宗工業企業產能增長不及預期，甚至部分大工業企業用電需求較上年同期出現下滑，以及春季低温及天氣原因降低農業排灌用電需求，使得公司供電量僅與上年同期基本持平。上半年公司完成發電量66.75億千瓦時，同比減少0.84%，完成年度計劃的39.14%；累計發電小時數2,172小時，同比減少18小時；完成供電量62.76億千瓦時，同比下降0.63%，完成年度計劃的38.02%；上半年公司向七師電網供電總量達2.37億千瓦時，同比增加111.49%；上半年公司完成供熱量1,260.54萬吉焦，同比增加4.96%，完成年度計劃的53.64%；通過營銷戰略調整及更為積極的市場策略，公司車用天然氣及工業用氣不斷擴大市場份額。上半年公司完成天然氣供氣量10405萬方，同比增長26.21%；完成年度計劃的56.17%。
報告期內，由於疆內煤炭企業受國家能源政策及環保、安全檢查等因素影響而出現停產減產情況，造成區內煤炭供應形勢趨緊，煤炭價格及運輸價格高居不下，使得公司電熱業務成本同比增長近億元；加之上半年區內工業企業用電需求不振，致使公司電力業務收入不及預期，以及區內非居民照明及一般工商業電價較上年同期有所下調等不利因素影響，使得報告期內公司業績出現虧損。
報告期內，面對燃料價格及運費的高居不下的不利局面，公司始終堅守安全、節能、環保運營的責任，進一步深挖嚴控，強化成本管理。依據發電負荷向大容量、低耗能的大型機組傾斜的科學調度模式，並通過餘熱利用等技術改造提高機組運行效率，進一步降低了公司綜合能耗，保證公司發電機組各類排放量均低於國家環保標準。上半年公司供電標煤耗較上年同期降低4克千瓦時，總線損率較上年同期下降0.15個百分點，熱損率較上年同期下降8.61個百分點，均低於當期成本管控目標，應對燃料價格上升起到了積極的作用。
下半年，公司將積極應對各種不利因素影響，採取更為積極的營銷策略，及時對接區內工業企業用電、用熱及用氣需求變動，提振公司收入；同時繼續強化節能環保運營及精細化成本管控的監督考核力度，進一步降低各類能耗指標，綜合提高公司盈利水平。
