格隆匯8月23日丨四創電子(600990.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入9.98億元，同比下降14.98%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損4751.95萬元，上年同期虧損3703.18萬元；基本每股虧損0.2985元。
雷達電子產業
報告期內，公司氣象綜合探測系統研製取得進一步的突破，國家重大科學儀器專項項目多波段主被動毫米波雲水探測系統通過出廠驗收，為多源設備氣象綜合探測系統投入業務使用奠定技術基礎；公司不斷融合優勢資源，引領氣象雷達共平台技術發展，實現不同型號雷達的後端模塊化、標準化，打造基於服務器的全軟件化信號處理平台，推廣多型氣象雷達全面健康狀態管理理念；公司首套釐米波-毫米波三波長雷達取得關鍵技術突破，進一步豐富公司多波長雷達產品；公司首套Ka波段全固態雙偏振連續波測雲雷達通過出廠驗收，為公司連續波體制毫米波雷達拓展新的市場領域；首套新體制C波段軟件化天氣雷達順利通過現場測試及驗收，進一步鞏固公司天氣雷達在氣象局領域組網布局的市場佔有率；氣象災害監測預警工程順利通過出廠驗收，進一步拓展公司氣象雷達產品在人工影響天氣領域的應用。
報告期內，軍用空管領域已從單一整機向監控系統、維修器材等多維度拓展，中標軍航空管雷達環控項目，標誌着公司在軍航空管雷達配套領域邁出堅實一步。中標某一次雷達改造項目，為軍民航空管雷達原址更新、改造升級、維修維護工作開啟了新的篇章。報告期內，公司參加世界空管大會（World ATM Congress 2019），展示了“安全、效率、智慧、協同”理念，展現了中國空管雷達的風彩。報告期內，博微長安按計劃推進新一代某雷達樣機研製生產，順利完成某型裝備的交付任務，裝備升級改造等項目落地實施。雷達電子由設備製造商向系統供應商轉型實現新跨越。
智慧產業
報告期內，公司持續鞏固社會治安防範和反恐防範業務在公安行業的地位，同時以視頻處理技術和大數據分析等技術手段為公安、司法、民航、軍隊等客户提供高可靠、高質量安防裝備和服務。公司深耕人防、智慧農業等重點行業，高效交付安徽省第二代人防機動指揮平台升級改造二期項目，中標安徽省信息進村入户運營平台等項目。在無線城市業務領域，合肥“無線城市”二期項目全面收官，無線合肥平台用户總註冊量、微信矩陣關注數持續增長，社會影響力逐步提升。智慧皖糧三期進入終驗階段，省外糧食信息化市場開拓取得突破，智能環保裝備研製生產和市場推廣順利，智慧房車產品系列不斷完善，積極推進新疆甘泉堡親水小鎮房車營地項目，打造鮮明特色的示範性工程。智慧業務由系統集成商向系統運營商轉型實現新突破。
能源產業
報告期內，公司努力拓展能源行業領域，探索新領域發展，重點開發風電項目。公司聚焦主業，持續創新，將產品做強做優做大，推動新動能業務突破。華耀電子優化資源配置，持續加大車載充電、醫療和環保電源技術的研發和批產，充分展示公司在能源產業領域的產品研發、市場拓展和產業化實力，為產品銷售及品牌認知度的提升起到積極作用，保持公司電源技術水平在國內的領先地位。
