格隆匯8月23日丨亞聯發展(002316.SZ)披露2019年半年度報告，報告期內公司實現營業收入20.98億元，同比增長27.00%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3753.65萬元，同比增長3.54%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2770.87萬元，同比下降5.23%；經營活動現金淨流入2.18億元，同比下降49.82%；基本每股收益0.0955元，加權平均淨資產收益率4.19%。
報告期末，公司總資產34.50億元，比年初增長9.02%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨資產9.12億元，比年初增長3.66%。
報告期內，公司積極推動專網通信業務由設備集成商向平台服務商轉型，在電力、軌道交通、高速公路、智能交通均取得一定進展。報告期內，專網通信技術解決方案業務共實現營業收入2.17億元，同比下降15.46%。
報告期內，公司以金融科技業務作為工作重點，立足金融科技，服務實體經濟。上海即富從事的業務涵蓋第三方支付、數據服務、電子商務等，其中核心業務為第三方支付業務，報告期內，上海即富圍繞“小微商户數據服務商”的戰略定位，通過銷售多種MPOS，智能POS等市場主流的POS機型，為個人、小微企業及行業客户提供第三方支付服務，擴大銀行卡受理渠道對各行業的滲透，實現了手續費收入的高速增長。
報告期內，上海即富在MPOS智能收單領域的行業地位進一步提升，根據第三方艾瑞數據的統計，截至2019年6月30日，公司品牌“即付寶”APP(不包括旗下其他品牌APP，下同)月度獨立設備在其統計的國內136款支付APP中處於14位，“銀收寶”APP處於第69位，“寶POS”APP處於第79位；截至2019年6月30日，上海即富通過認證的註冊小微商户累計達1207.88萬户，累計售出MPOS支付終端2418.59萬部，累計布放POS支付終端292.82萬部。上海即富通過增加APP的種類滿足商户的不同需求，進一步提升地位及商户體驗感。
報告期內，上海即富實現營業收入18.88億元，同比增長34.77%；淨利潤1.75億元，同比減少2.67%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為7576.07萬元。上海即富始終注重研發投入，核心技術團隊經驗豐富、人員穩定，技術及產品開發人員規模不斷壯大，技術研發人員數量及投入金額佔比一直處於較高水平，為其後續持續發展提供有力保障。
