深桑達Ａ(000032.SZ)：上半年淨利5228.26萬元 同比降13.50%
格隆匯8月23日丨深桑達Ａ(000032.SZ)披露2019年半年度報告，報告期內公司實現營業收入6.58億元，同比下降19.10%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5228.26萬元，同比下降13.50%；經營活動現金淨流入2112.13萬元，而上年同期為淨流出941.75萬元；基本每股收益0.127元，加權平均淨資產收益率3.80%。
隨着中國電子“安全為先、需求牽引、迭代發展”的現代數字城市建設理念的正式發佈，公司主動對接中國電子現代數字城市業務發展戰略，修訂完善戰略規劃，進一步增強發展現代數字城市業務的戰略穩定性，力爭在中國電子現代數字城市業務整體佈局中扮演重要角色，發揮重要作用。
市場拓展方面：GSM-R手持終端業務市場佔有率繼續保持國內市場份額領先。上半年雖然有諸多不利的市場因素影響，仍然取得了67%(以中標設備數量統計)的中標率。RM8000通信模塊在國內市場的影響力進一步增大，桑達無線已經成為國內主流CIR(機車綜合無線通訊設備)廠家的核心供應商。2019年上半年海外市場出貨平穩，上半年手持終端銷量超過2000台，成功實現向比利時鐵路和西班牙鐵路交付供貨，取得海外市場的新突破。
產品研發方面：完成列車接入單元TAU1800系統穩定性測試，並與集成商達成使用該產品參與所在城市地鐵後續項目投標的一致意見。RM8200通信模塊產品性能指標同國外同類產品相當，目前已在國內高鐵順利完成近5萬公里的商業運營，運營狀況良好，後續陸續擴大試驗範圍。完成LTE-R/GSM-R雙模列控模塊產品研發，正配合國內主要信號集成商進行相關列控聯調測試。
隨着液晶面板生產線建設逐漸進入尾聲，捷達運輸液晶項目物流今年進入操作“低谷期”，合肥京東方B9項目和綿陽京東方B11項目進入收尾階段，目前主要執行武漢京東方B17項目。液晶成品物流方面，承擔京東方華北區、西南區運輸業務，總體業務量保持平穩。捷達運輸的WCA海外業務克服中美貿易摩擦、國際貨代市場環境惡化等不利因素，積極拓展新客户，鞏固市場份額，上半年完成進出口箱量28000餘箱，同比增長4%。
積極推進半導體生產設備物流業務，加快主營業務轉型步伐，確定了半導體精密運輸業務的對外合作方案。同時，招聘業務人員、完善團隊架構、梳理業務流程、開展操作演練等工作也按計劃進行，待時機成熟即可投入業務實操。
