寧德時代(300750.SZ)半年度淨利潤升130.79%至21.02億元
格隆匯8月23日丨寧德時代(300750.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入202.64億元，同比增長116.50%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤21.02億元，同比增長130.79%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤18.19億元，同比增長160.82%；基本每股收益0.9674元。經營活動產生的現金流量淨額72.76億元，同比增長560.69%。
公司是全球領先的動力電池系統提供商，專注於新能源汽車動力電池系統、儲能系統的研發、生產和銷售，致力於為全球新能源應用提供一流解決方案。公司在電池材料、電池系統、電池回收等產業鏈關鍵領域擁有核心技術優勢及可持續研發能力，形成了全面、完善的研發、生產、銷售服務體系。
報告期內，公司各業務的主要經營情況如下：
(1)動力電池系統
動力電池系統包括電芯、模組和電池包，其銷售構成公司主要收入來源。根據中汽研合格證數據和保監會交強險數據統計，2019年上半年中國新能源汽車產銷分別完成60.9萬輛和60.1萬輛，同比增長60.1%和85.6%，新能源汽車銷量大增帶動電池裝機量上漲；根據中汽研合格證數據，2019年上半年動力電池裝機總量為30.0GWh，同比增長近93.6%，其中公司裝機電量為13.8GWh。報告期內，公司動力電池系統銷售收入168.918億元，同比增長135.01%。公司在新能源汽車鋰離子動力電池領域繼續保持技術和市場優勢，隨着報告期內產能逐漸釋放，銷量持續增長。
(2)儲能系統
報告期內，公司儲能系統銷售收入約2.40億元，同比增長369.55%。公司加強研發投入和市場推廣，拓展與產業鏈上下游公司合資合作，持續增強在儲能領域的技術和市場儲備，儲能市場佈局及推廣開始取得成效。
(3)鋰電池材料
報告期內，公司鋰電池材料銷售收入約23.09億元，同比增長32.14%。鋰電池材料銷售收入快速增長主要受益於市場需求旺盛及公司新建產能投產。報告期內，公司進一步加大在鋰電池材料回收及生產領域的佈局，通過控股子公司投資建設正極材料產業園、與格林美和青山集團等公司合作在印尼設立濕法鎳冶煉廠。
