英特集團(000411.SZ)發佈半年報 淨利潤升95.28%至9733.68萬元
格隆匯8月23日丨英特集團(000411.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約117.99億元，同比增長16.86%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約9733.68萬元，同比增長95.28%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約7090.39萬元，同比增長43.38%；基本每股收益0.47元。
2019年上半年，在全體股東的支持下，公司管理層率領全體員工緊緊圍繞“內涵式增長、外延式擴張、整合式提升、創新式發展、生態圈協同”的戰略路徑，遵循“以客户為中心，以市場為導向”的經營理念，積極應對中國經濟複雜形勢和醫藥行業發展新趨勢，實現了穩健有質量的發展。
2019年上半年，公司緊緊把握行業發展機遇，發揮集團化企業優勢，終端網絡趨於完善並實現區域終端業務的快速發展，同時進一步加大零售藥房等非招標市場業務拓展，通過提質增效，有效落實各項經營管理計劃。
2019年，公司積極順應浙江省全面實施的分級診療與醫共體建設試點等政策，推動網絡下沉，通過母子公司協同，加快醫共體等基層醫療業務發展，實現藥品業務穩定增長。通過推進集團戰略採購、運營管理一體化，公司招標市場品種滿足率提高至90%以上，藥品供應保障能力保持浙江省龍頭地位。2019年，公司下游批發客户突破16000餘家，配送終端30000餘個。
公司抓住醫院處方外流、慢性病連續處方外配的市場機會，成為浙江省醫保慢性病藥品首批第三方配送服務合作方。積極實施醫藥批零一體化戰略，通過開設DTP、院內(邊)店、社區店、診療店等多業態門店大力發展零售業務，實現分銷業務的有效延伸和持續佈局全省終端網絡，截至2019年6月底，公司共擁有各類型線下門店130餘家。創新服務模式，承接醫院處方外流，搭建公司與全省各大醫院、供應商、基金會的合作平台，引進高質量DTP品種超過100個，為患者提供更豐富的產品和更專業藥事服務。
上半年，公司完成與嘉信醫藥、建東偉業（後更名“英特建東”）的股權合作協議簽訂，相關管理對接及經營整合工作正按計劃有序推進。報告期內英特集團通過收購、新設方式新增成員企業6家，客户資源及品種資源均實現了有效拓展，為公司進一步的高質量發展注入全新動能。
為適應營銷網絡下沉和零售終端的全省佈局，加快了現代物流和信息技術的應用，通過多倉運營，實現中心庫聯動運營、屬地就近配送模式，不斷緩解庫存管理壓力，提高了配送響應效率和客户的服務滿意度。穩步推進物流信息系統升級工程，金華、温州、寧波中心庫均已完成新版物流信息系統上線，物流公共服務平台不斷優化升級，物流一體化運營不斷髮展，行業影響力不斷提升。紹興上虞物流基地（紹興醫藥產業中心項目）正穩步推進，主體結構將在下半年竣工。
上半年，公司圍繞體系建設、標準化建設以及基礎保障能力建設等方面開展質量安全管理工作，通過召開“年度安全工作會議”、簽訂“QHSE與節能減排責任書”、組織召開“質量溝通會”、承辦“省國貿集團安全月”啟動儀式、開展安全檢查與質量內審等工作，落實QHSE主體責任，強化各板塊安全合規意識，明確任務目標及考核機制，形成體系化監管網絡。
