格隆匯8月23日丨中國神華(601088.SH)公佈，公司第四屆董事會第二十二次會議召開，審議通過《關於聘任楊吉平為中國神華能源股份有限公司總經理的議案》，董事會審議並批准：聘任楊吉平為中國神華總經理，任期自董事會批准之日起三年，連聘可以連任。

公告顯示，楊吉平，男，1970年6月出生，中國國籍，教授級高級工程師，中共黨員。楊吉平擁有豐富的煤炭企業管理經驗，他於1992年畢業於中國礦業大學採礦工程系採礦工程專業。現任國家能源投資集團有限責任公司煤炭產業運營管理中心主任。楊吉平自2018年10月至2019年8月任神華烏海能源有限責任公司黨委書記、董事長(法定代表人)。自2011年8月至2018年10月曆任神華烏海能源有限責任公司副總經理、董事、黨委副書記、總經理、董事長。自2009年11月至2011年8月任神華寧夏煤業集團有限責任公司副總經理、總工程師。
此前，楊吉平曾任原寧夏石嘴山礦務局一礦副礦長，神華寧夏煤業集團有限責任公司棗泉礦籌建處第一副處長，梅花井煤礦籌建處黨支部書記、處長，石嘴山金能煤業公司黨委副書記、經理等職務。
趙永峯，男，1964年10月出生，中國國籍，教授級高級工程師，中共黨員，國務院“政府特殊津貼”專家，國家百千萬人才工程專家。趙永峯長期從事煤炭生產管理工作，他於1988年畢業於山西礦業學院礦井建設專業。趙永峯自2018年5月至2019年8月任國家能源投資集團有限責任公司煤炭產業運營管理中心主任、副書記。自2013年9月至2018年5月曆任神華集團有限責任公司、中國神華能源股份有限公司安監局常務副局長（部門正職級）、煤炭生產部總經理。自2009年5月至2013年9月曆任神華神東煤炭集團有限責任公司黨委委員、副總經理、總工程師、總經理。2005年1月至2009年5月曆任中國神華能源股份有限公司神東煤炭分公司副總工程師、總調度室主任、副總經理、總工程師。
此前，趙永峯曾任神華神府東勝煤炭有限責任公司上灣煤礦總工程師，生產技術部副經理、經理、常務副經理，補連塔煤礦黨委書記、礦長，神華神府東勝煤炭有限責任公司副總工程師等職務。
