格隆匯8月23日丨數據港(603881.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入3.88億元，同比增長20.27%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6912.05萬元，同比增長5.31%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤6397.30萬元，同比下降2.29%；基本每股收益0.33元。
公司自2017年以來，承接定製數據中心業務逐年上升；2019年內部分數據中心將逐漸交付。公司項目管理能力等方面隨着業務的快速擴張受到考驗，尤其是項目管理面臨全國各地多項目並行的挑戰。為實現在建項目的順利交付，公司針對不同項目的技術參數和區域差異，制定了詳細的項目管理體系要求，並嚴格按照既定的計劃及目標推進，確保項目在實施過程中做到風險可控。
報告期內，公司着眼企業快速健康發展，着力打造全球頂級數據中心業務提供商。公司持續優化現有數據中心業務，保持了經營業績的穩步增長。
截至報告期末，公司共運營15個自建數據中心，共部署10,467個機櫃，106,992台服務器，電力容量合計約21.96萬千瓦，IT電力容量合計約6.81萬千瓦；公司整體數據中心項目運營情況均正常有序。
2019年上半年，公司投資建設的ZH13等數據中心項目，與阿里簽訂了包含主要合同條款的且具有法律效力的合作備忘錄，項目預計總投資約為18.59億元，預計項目未來十年依據不同電費結算模式，服務費總金額約為40.44至82.8億元；目前上述項目均在建設過程中，且項目順利實施後，將進一步擴大公司在數據中心領域的規模，實現全國重點區域佈局規劃目標，擴大區域覆蓋範圍；同時有利於加強公司與阿里巴巴之間現存的戰略合作關係，對公司後續深化在雲計算數據中心領域的業務合作具有重大意義，且為公司後續在區域佈局戰略實施上奠定紮實的基礎。
2019年上半年，公司憑藉與阿里巴巴長期穩定的合作關係，以及雙方在各自領域的優勢，充分挖掘市場潛力，並簽訂了雲業務合作協議，公司將在未來6年合作期間內，承銷總金額不低於人民幣4.35億元的阿里雲產品服務。
