環旭電子(601231.SH)半年度扣非淨利潤降35.03%至2.51億元
格隆匯8月23日丨環旭電子(601231.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入146.04億元，同比增長14.05%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.89億元，同比下降0.67%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2.51億元，同比下降35.03%；基本每股收益0.18元。
報告期內，消費電子類和工業類產品營收同比大幅增長，公司的綜合毛利率較去年同期下降0.74個百分點。
公司2019年上半年毛利金額為14.20億元，較去年同期增長5.94%。報告期，為使員工績效獎金費用更好地與公司經營業績相匹配，公司上半年計提績效獎金，此外，公司營運規模擴大及海外據點擴充、適用新租賃準則、購買軟件系統等原因造成管理費用同比增長1.46億元；上半年公司增加SiP、工業類等新產品研發投資造成研發費用增加0.47億元。公司期間費用同比增長2.37億元，同比增幅達到27.19%，明顯超過毛利增長幅度，造成2019年上半年扣非後淨利潤為2.51億元，同比減少1.35億元，下降35.03%。公司將合理控制員工薪酬費用，預計2019年全年的員工薪酬費用不會出現顯著的增長。
2019年上半年的非經常性損益金額為1.39億元，較去年同期633萬增幅較大，主要為持有交易性金融資產生的公允價值變動損益以及理財產品的投資收益。非經常性損益大幅增加對上半年淨利潤增長貢獻較大。
從第二季度單季的情況看，2019年第二季度實現營收69.30億元，同比增長5.33%，低於預期。第二季度單季通訊類產品由於市場份額提升營收同比增長10%，工業類產品營收同比增長40%，增速相比第一季度放緩。公司第二季度實現淨利潤1.66億元，同樣也是因為費用增加的原因使淨利潤同比減少3860萬元，下降18.83%；第二季度實現扣非後淨利潤為1.23億元，同比減少1.06億元，下降46.42%。
2019年上半年，公司持續推進巴西合資項目、曙光合資項目以及PHI基金投資事項。同時，公司通過全資子公司參與要約收購萬德國際，作為策略投資項目，公司不控股萬德國際，希望增強公司產業鏈的響應能力，提升公司在機構件方面的競爭力。
此外，為了滿足中長期發展和客户需求，公司積極拓展新的生產據點，在惠州籌建新廠，投資新業務產能規模，並在墨西哥廠、台灣廠擴產。
