機器人(300024.SZ)：上半年扣非淨利潤1.48億元 同比降27.70%
格隆匯8月23日丨機器人(300024.SZ)披露2019年半年度報告，報告期內公司實現營業收入12.58億元，同比增長2.23%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.15億元，同比增長1.12%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤1.48億元，同比下降27.70%；基本每股收益0.1387元，加權平均淨資產收益率3.45%。
報告期末，公司總資產99.05億元，比年初增長4.08%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨資產63.92億元，比年初增長2.78%。
2019年上半年，公司圍繞年初制定的發展目標，通過強化內功應對行業及市場的變化。一方面，公司增加研發投入保持領先的技術創新水平，另一方面積極開拓新興市場提升綜合抗風險能力。公司加強成本控制、完善信息化管理系統，構建數字化運營平台，使自身轉型升級和為客户提供智能製造服務形成合力。
人工智能技術的積累和發展是展示公司機器人競爭優勢新的落腳點。2019年上半年，公司打造的人機交互平台可以對激光、視覺、UWB天線陣列和Mic陣列傳入的數據進行融合處理，提供聲源定位、語音交互接入、視覺融合激光跟蹤、UWB人員跟蹤等交互功能，已在醫療物品搬運車、服務機器人進行示範應用。公司自主研發的人臉圖像預處理功能、人臉檢測、人臉跟蹤、人臉識別技術以及動態、靜態手型識別技術成功應用於服務機器人系列產品。語音軟件、骨架與行為識別技術、自動瞳孔定位系統等技術的研發將為服務機器人開拓藍海新市場奠定基礎。
半導體產業是公司重點佈局的戰略方向，公司成為開啟國家IC裝備核心部件真空機械手國產化發展的領軍企業。公司持續投入對真空直驅機械手的技術研發，與國際領先的廠商比肩加快產品迭代，目前已與戰略客户達成先進產品的驗證計劃。2019上半年，公司作為牽頭組織單位承接國家《雙臂真空機械手等集成電路裝備關鍵零部件研發及產業化項目》，承擔其中雙臂真空機械手研發與產業化任務。公司EFEM產品繼獲得多個客户認證後，已批量出貨，公司現已佔據國內EFEM的主導市場地位。公司與韓國新盛FA公司深入進行業務交流與合作，優勢互補，共同擴張中韓兩國泛半導體市場份額。報告期內，FA公司業務實現持續增長。數年來受益於公司在泛半導體領域的深耕細作，目前戰略客户的“溢出效應”已經顯現，公司市場影響力正在持續增強。
