格隆匯8月23日丨東方創業(600278.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入87.79億元，同比增長4.07%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6181.73萬元，同比下降13.77%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6153.89萬元，同比增長61.30%；基本每股收益0.12元。
東方國際創業股份有限公司是一家集貨物貿易和現代物流為一體的，產業經營與資本運作相結合的綜合型上市公司。公司從傳統外貿企業起步，已經發展成為在國內外貿易、現代物流、資產經營和投資管理方面具有較強實力的大型國有控股企業。
紡織服裝產品進出口貿易是公司的傳統主業。經過多年努力，公司已經擁有從紡織服裝產品國內外接單、打樣設計、原材料和成品採購、工廠生產到全球物流配送的完整產業鏈。作為國內最大的紡織服裝出口商之一，公司及下屬公司經營的產品涵蓋全品類服裝紡織產品，擁有多個知名品牌，在國際、國內市場上建立了廣泛的業務合作渠道，市場聲譽良好。
公司物流板塊下擁有多家全資控股的物流和航運公司，從事包括國際航運、國際船舶代理、國際貨運代理、國際集裝箱儲運及報關、報檢等在內的綜合物流業務。近年來，公司整合資金、物流和貿易等綜合優勢，開發了“易融達”產品，為客户提供全方位的供應鏈定製服務，實現了物流和貿易業務的聯動。
公司控股子公司上海東鬆醫療科技股份有限公司是國內最大的醫療設備和器械的進口經營企業之一，其醫療設備進口代理與招標業務在國內名列前茅，享有良好的市場聲譽。2019年上半年以來，東鬆公司新發起設立的多家分公司，業務開展情況良好。
公司經過多年發展積澱，抗風險能力逐步增強，公司對歐洲、日本美國以及東南亞等地區的進出口業務及產業鏈佈局較為均衡。近年來，中美貿易摩擦對國內進出口企業和生產企業帶來了一定的不利影響，目前貿易摩擦對公司整體影響有限，不排除中美貿易政策環境繼續惡化對上市公司經營業績產生不利影響的可能性。
