格隆匯8月23日丨京能置業(600791.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告,實現營業總收入7.48億元,同比增長72.16%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2295.58萬元,同比增長167.18%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤2266.57萬元,同比增長201.57%;基本每股收益0.05元。

報告期內,公司營業收入增加72.16%,主要系符合收入確認條件的已售房地產開發項目增加所致;公司實現利潤總額增加226.88%,主要系與上年同期比,本期收入結轉規模加大所致;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤增加167.18%;實現淨資產收益率1.35%,同比增加0.83個百分點;經營活動產生的現金流量淨額-129,138.56萬元,同比下降1176.28%,主要系因增加土地儲備支付土地款所致。

報告期內,因公司可售面積減少,導致本期簽約面積及簽約金額與去年同期相比有所降低。公司房地產開發與經營情況為京能·天下川項目開復工面積22.67萬平方米(同比下降12.57%),簽約面積0.84萬平方米(同比下降83.20%),簽約金額8200萬元(同比下降78.31%);京能·海語城項目開復工面積11.78萬平方米(去年同期無開復工面積),簽約面積0.06萬平方米(同比下降85.37%),簽約金額600萬元(同比下降85.37%);京能·雍清麗苑項目開復工面積15.56萬平方米。公司開發的京能·天下川、京能·雍清麗苑項目預計下半年具備銷售條件,簽約情況將會有所好轉。
