中信建投(601066.SH)半年度淨利潤升37.61%至23.30億元
格隆匯8月23日丨中信建投(601066.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入59.06億元，同比增長12.21%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤23.30億元，同比增長37.61%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤23.16億元，同比增長37.48%；基本每股收益0.30元。
截至2019年6月30日，集團總資產2482.10億元，較2018年12月31日增長27.23%；歸屬於公司股東的權益為487.63億元，較2018年12月31日增長2.49%。
報告期，投資銀行業務板塊實現營業收入合計16.17億元，同比增長15.23%；財富管理業務板塊實現營業收入合計21.56億元，同比增長12.93%；交易及機構客户服務業務板塊實現營業收入合計11.85億元，同比增長7.97%；投資管理業務板塊實現營業收入合計7.28億元，同比增長20.15%。
2019年上半年，在A股一級市場融資家數和融資規模均下滑的背景下，公司股權融資業務仍保持行業前列，完成項目16個，位居行業第1名；主承銷金額85.44億元，位居行業第4名。其中，IPO主承銷家數6家，位居行業第2名；主承銷金額44.09億元，位居行業第4名。在上述IPO項目中，拉卡拉是A股市場第一家IPO上市的第三方支付類公司，中信出版為國內大眾出版行業領軍企業。再融資主承銷家數10家，位居行業第1名，主承銷金額人民幣41.35億元。此外，在股債結合產品方面，2019年上半年完成可轉債項目7家，主承銷金額111.18億元。項目儲備方面，截至2019年6月30日，公司在審IPO項目55個，位居行業第1名，其中上交所科創板項目15個、上交所主板項目21個、深交所項目19個；在審股權再融資項目30個，位居行業第1名。(數據來源：中國證監會、上交所、萬得資訊、公司統計)。
