重慶啤酒(600132.SH)半年度淨利潤升13.75%至2.39億元
格隆匯8月23日丨重慶啤酒(600132.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入18.33億元，同比增長3.92%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.39億元，同比增長13.75%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2.20億元，同比增長13.33%；基本每股收益0.49元。
2019年1-6月，公司實現啤酒銷量為48.27萬千升，比上年同期47.20萬千升增長2.27%。
2019年上半年，在嘉士伯集團“揚帆22”戰略的指引下，公司重點進行了以下方面的工作：
第一，在市場方面，本地品牌與國際品牌的高端化戰略得到加速推進。本地品牌方面，年初上市新品“醇國賓”補強了本地品牌在中高檔次的產品結構，得到了廣大消費者的一致好評，銷量節節攀升，重慶純生作為本地品牌高檔產品的卓越代表同樣在現飲及非現飲渠道均較同期銷量大幅提升。國際品牌方面，“特醇嘉士伯”銷量比同期大幅增長，且在現飲非現飲渠道的鋪市率提高明顯，為消費者提供更多更好選擇。
第二，在供應鏈方面，全面推行嘉士伯卓越體系，2019上半年完成設備安全防護整改，防損、QCOM(Carlsberg Quality Operating Manual，嘉士伯質量標準操作手冊)等審核覆蓋所有酒廠；持續推進“深度清潔”、“恢復設備基本狀態”等工作，試點機台達成“零故障”階段性目標；完成所有酒廠新版COM（Carlsberg Operating Manual, 嘉士伯標準操作手冊）培訓，持續推行酒廠標準化管理，生產成本及效率得以持續改善；通過“My voice(我的心聲)”行動計劃設定、“跨職能能力建設”、“人員賦能計劃”等工作，打造供應鏈高敬業度專業團隊。
第三，在財務管理方面，科學制定預算計劃，持續提高預算管理水平；加強內控體系建設，完善公司內控制度，內部管理和風險管理水平穩步提升；積極配合支持業務部門相關分析，強化成本費用控制，提高費用投入效益和資金使用效率；持續推進財務系統優化，提升財務數據的及時性；提供及時高效的財務分析以支持管理層作出商業決策。
第四，在人力資源方面，致力於提供匹配人才，培養傑出領導力，創建必贏文化，以實現公司加速增長。上半年致力於三大方面的人力資源舉措促進公司的業務增長：拓展人才招募能力，加強領導能力培訓及培養，推進商務安全文化、啤酒藝術、合規文化的落地。
