格隆匯8月23日丨馬應龍(600993.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入12.75億元，同比增長18.93%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.17億元，同比增長111.34%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2.06億元，同比增長12.17%；基本每股收益0.50元。
醫藥工業方面加快推進藥品新包裝上市，圍繞三色塊核心元素開展系列宣傳策劃；推進藥品新零售業務拓展，入駐阿里大健康，開設馬應龍醫藥旗艦店；持續推進縣域市場開發，提高終端產出質量；大力推進肛腸品類精準營銷，提升重點連鎖藥店銷量；深化推行競單機制，推動多層級搶單對賭工作，激發組織活力，挖掘資源潛力；持續推進精益生產，優化生產組織方式，擴大供應商渠道。
醫藥流通板塊創新運營模式，實現業態多元化發展。加速完善DTP藥房的運營模式，構建DTP品種供應鏈與院線引流資源渠道；深入開展樣板店建設，全面實行商品的聚焦經營和集中管理，集聚樣板效應，提升門店經營質量；拓展線上渠道，擴大藥品及大健康品種的銷售增量，開展內容營銷，強化供應鏈建設。整合多方資源，推動第三終端市場快速發展；充分發揮平台功能，推動貼牌代理品種市場拓展。
醫院診療領域持續優化調整。有序推進肛腸診療中心合作共建，組織召開第三屆馬應龍肛腸健康年會，交流平台逐步升級；針對重點中心加強資源配置，建設區域示範中心；深化推進直營醫院精益醫療項目，優化精益現場管理，為標準化運營體系升級鋪墊基礎；加強質量風險管理，出台《馬應龍連鎖醫院醫療質量管理辦法》；建設住院患者滿意度調查評估機制，優化就醫服務流程，提升醫療服務水平；借力互聯網醫療平台，試點推進線下業務與互聯網醫療線上業務的深度對接，提升營銷效能。
大健康板塊強化平台支撐作用，充分促進職能共享和業務協同，規模和利潤穩步增長。大力推進產品包裝升級，突出“大健康”標識；充分藉助線上和線下渠道聯動，加速推動重點渠道產出,瞳話產品整合渠道資源，推進醫美渠道合作，入駐百貨專櫃；護理品利用海拍客平台加速門店拓展；制定《大健康產品中長期發展規劃》，加快產品開發和引進，最大程度滿足客户需求；通過競單、合夥等機制整合內外部資源，提升大健康平台價值。
