格隆匯8月23日丨希努爾(002485.SZ)公佈2019上半年業績，公司實現營業收入17億元，同比增長336.91%，實現利潤總額3849.81萬元，同比增長855.72%，實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤715.43萬元，同比增長341.18%。
公司傳統服裝業務穩中有增，聚焦服裝銷售及品牌運營管理。專注於中高端品質男女裝銷售，穩固傳統希努爾品牌，向上嫁接普蘭尼奧高級定製，向下延伸快時尚品牌；利用新媒體推廣、跨界合作等舉措，提升品牌知名度。整合營銷渠道，加強營銷終端的精細化管理，升級終端店鋪形象，提升服務質量和客户體驗；線下加快推進目標城市市場拓展，線上通過微信商城、小程序、天貓、京東運營，打造線上線下相結合的智慧型門店。公司繼續加大團購市場的開拓力度，實施區域劃分的運營模式，細分全國團購市場；加大團購代理商的開發和扶持力度，發展契約式戰略合作伙伴，拓寬團購渠道，打造一站式團購服務合作平台。
公司積極發展文化旅遊業務，立足一線旅遊目的地資源，推進文旅小鎮和全域旅遊發展。豐富文旅業態，提升服務品質，擴展全渠道營銷平台，形成具有鮮明特色的運營模式。公司文旅項目地處一線旅遊目的地黃金地段，歷史文化底藴深厚，旅遊資源豐富，市場潛力較大。在旅遊消費持續成長背景下，該類項目的稀缺性日益凸顯。公司文旅項目佈局在雲南香格里拉、浙江嘉興西塘、山東諸城、陝西西安等地，並受託經營雲南麗江古城大研花巷。在戰略佈局和立足優質資源的基礎上，深耕文旅小鎮運營，開展營銷創新，加強公司文旅品牌建設。
創新內容端，業態豐富多樣，提升文旅項目核心價值。基於各類文旅綜合載體，公司挖掘當地自然、歷史及文化內涵，融合現代生活方式，打造“吃住行遊購娛”立體式旅遊服務體系。公司各個文旅項目，將緊密結合各地特有的歷史文化背景，圍繞當地旅遊需求呈現出不同的風貌，融合創新演藝秀、情景商業街、特色餐飲、酒店客棧、主題樂園、非物質文化館、地道民間藝術館等豐富業態，為全域旅遊貢獻物質和文化基礎。針對旗下文旅產品和服務，公司開展營銷創新，持續營銷跨界，與可口可樂、王老吉等快消行業巨頭達成戰略合作，不斷擴大異業合作圈。組織雲南旅拍節、麗江民謠音樂節、特色風物集市等活動，藉助新媒體渠道，系統性品牌策劃，充分使用公司線上線下及OTA渠道的營銷體系引流，成為輻射全國消費者的文旅新名片。
