高盟新材(300200.SZ)上半年營收降4.2%至4.81億元
格隆匯8月23日丨高盟新材(300200.SZ)公佈2019上半年業績，公司實現營業收入4.81億元，同比下降4.20%；實現歸屬上市公司股東的淨利潤8957.70萬元，同比增長138.61%。
研發方面，在包裝領域中，報告期內，公司研發的一體化無溶劑型複合粘合劑應用範圍進一步擴展塑塑水煮結構以及塑塑蒸煮結構，具有高剝離強度、良好的耐熱性，並具有低摩擦係數。公司無溶劑複合粘合劑在鋁箔水煮和鋁箔高温蒸煮領域具有更優異的耐熱性和耐介質性能，可耐苛刻的添加劑乙基麥芽酚。耐水解複合粘合劑在耐水解和膠層柔韌性方面實現了完美結合，大大提升了產品的應用性能，得到了標杆客户的認可和好評。報告期公司成功推出醇酯溶表印、柔印系列油墨連接料產品，目前已經在國內及海外客户得到了認可和廣泛應用。面對塑料印刷行業環保越來越高的要求，公司開發出單一溶劑油墨連接料產品和水性油墨連接料產品，正在逐步推向市場，報告期內持續跟蹤客户應用測試。公司推出的低成本凹版裏印油墨連接料產品，報告期內通過了客户的應用測試，並已開始批量使用。
在交通運輸領域中，報告期內，公司着力在多家大型客車和乘用車廠試用一系列高性能創新產品，如雙組份高強度聚氨酯結構膠、多功能雙組份彈性粘結膠、PP材質粘接膠、耐高温密封膠等，目前部分產品已經批量供應，部分產品已在客户試用成功，進入供應商流程，該系列產品主要滿足了環保改善要求和車輛輕量化要求，公司後期還將繼續根據客户的新需求開展技術合作。公司在車用環保型內飾膠水、環保型噴塗材料、反應型熱熔膠等領域，已經開始客户推廣，爭取後期打開一片市場。高鐵用膠方面，公司推出的耐低温、耐疲勞客運專線用扣件系統墊板通過了行業內重要的檢測，在長達一年的長期跟蹤測試中表現優異，該測試結果獲得行業專家的一致認可。另外，其他用途的聚氨酯彈性墊板取得了較大進展，可以及時應對未來鐵路線路上的新需求。車用塑膠零配件方面， PE烘乾收納架、裁切機、防水膜與吸音棉焊接機、複合機項目開發完成，正在試驗中。機器人塗裝工作台、用於發泡產品成型的料槍項目開發完成，投入使用，大大提高了生產效率。
在建築及節能領域中，報告期內，公司的無溶劑膠粘劑包括無溶劑聚氨酯結構膠、聚氨酯熱熔膠、聚氨酯建築密封膠等在集成式房屋建設、草坪鋪裝、外牆節能技術、門窗節能技術、屋頂節能技術、新能源的開發利用等領域的應用更加廣闊，該項目產品已經在市場推廣，客户反應良好。
