格隆匯8月22日丨暢聯股份(603648.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入6.37億元，同比增長7.55%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5941.31萬元，同比下降31.46%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤5546.29萬元，同比下降27.46%；基本每股收益0.1612元。
2019上半年度，在經濟大環境不景氣的情況下，公司通過穩固的核心競爭力及團隊眾志成城的努力，仍然取得了不俗的成績，獲得了不少世界500強企業的青睞，諸如捷豹路虎、西門子等，且業務情況基本穩定，為公司的汽車、醫療及消費品板塊的發展奠定了堅實的基礎。繼續加大拓展全國網絡的步伐，完善現有外設機構的管理，同時對具有潛在需求的區域深入布點，儘快形成業務覆蓋全中國的網絡，滿足客户異地的需求，成為中國最具影響力和創新精神的精益供應鏈管理先鋒，本着“一箇中心、三個統一”的經營理念，密切圍繞業務拓展、功能創新、網絡布點、文化建設、願景規劃、人員培養等方面開展大量工作，努力實現公司跨越式發展。
公司正在積極推進全國服務網絡建設，構建面向全國的信息化網絡服務平台。位於崑山的華東物流基地2017年3月取得施工許可證，2017年7月完成樁基工程，2017年9月完成基礎工程，2018年8月完成主體建築現場驗收，2018年12月完成項目驗收備案。目前已經完成工程審價工作，核減3347萬元，整體造價2.05億元，總建築面積約8.9萬平方米，單位造價2288元平方米。位於成都的西南物流基地於2017年6月取施工許可證，2017年12月完成樁基工程，2018年12月底完成主體建築現場驗收，預計2019年9月完成項目驗收備案。審價工作正在進行中，閉口建造合同總價2.08億元，總建築面積約10.5萬平方米，單位造價1992萬平方米。位於武漢江夏的華中基地於2019年1月完成土地摘牌，6月取得不動產權證，預計2020年4月動工建設，2021年8月建成。昆明基地正在積極推進各項事宜。公司在2019年6月順利通過ISO9001和ISO14001換證審核，其中崑山暢聯首次取得認證。公司通過每季度案例教育和管理提示持續提升總部和各外設機構在質量管控上的互動。公司在質量考核中更多采用客户KPI，使質量考核更多指向對客户需求的滿足。
