巨輪智能(002031.SZ)：上半年淨利750.44萬元 經營性現金流改善明顯
格隆匯8月22日丨巨輪智能(002031.SZ)披露2019年半年度報告，報告期內公司實現營業收入6.45億元，同比下降2.71%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤750.44萬元，同比下降75.75%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤113.59萬元，同比下降93.46%；經營活動產現金淨流入1.96億元，同比增長115.34%；基本每股收益0.0034元，加權平均淨資產收益率0.25%。
報告期末，公司總資產61.71億元，比年初減少13.13%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨資產30.62億元，比年初增加0.16%。
報告期內，為積極應對外部新形勢的變化，公司着力提高資源利用率，走中高端產品路線，向集約型發展模式轉變。面對激烈競爭的市場，公司管理層帶領全體員工千方百計提高為客户服務的能力，加強提升經營力、競爭力，針對技術創新，精益管理，提質增效等制定具體的行動措施，積極提升公司的盈利能力和核心競爭力。
2019年上半年，我國橡膠工業繼續面臨產業競爭的嚴峻形勢和國內經濟轉型的改革需求，國內汽車產量下降，物流運輸方式調整，與之配套的橡膠機械和輪胎模具受到相應影響，市場需求回落，生產經營壓力上升。報告期內，公司輪胎模具事業部圍繞既訂的戰略目標“轉型升級，做精品模具，走全球中高端客户路線”開展工作，繼續加大力度拓展高端客户，2019年上半年公司通過了三家日本客户的嚴格審核，高端客户羣體進一步得到擴大和鞏固，被中國模具工業協會授予“模具出口重點企業”榮譽。由於今年國內輪胎業新建、擴建項目大幅萎縮，直接影響銷售市場，公司橡膠機械事業部緊緊抓住國內幾家優質輪胎企業紛紛走出去(東南亞)投資建廠的契機，在報告期內，公司硫化機產品實現提前完成全年訂單額的工作目標，並確保公司硫化機產品在東南亞市場的絕對優勢。
2019年上半年，大環境下經濟進入調整週期，下游行業的需求放緩，其次受制於中美貿易戰等外部勢力的遏制，工業機器人整個行業目前還處於探底、聚能的階段，整個行業訂單增長疲軟，產量持續下滑。報告期內，由於消費電子行業週期性下滑，公司應用於消費電子領域的營收同比下降，公司機器人事業部適時進行了業務模式調整，把主營業務聚焦在工業機器人、RV減速器、控制器、智能化集成線等技術和產品上，通過開發鞋業自動化裝配線改造項目、陶瓷噴釉線項目等，帶動行業技術進步和產業轉型升級，創造更大的社會經濟效益，被廣東省工業和信息化廳認定為“廣東省戰略性新興產業骨幹企業”(智能製造領域)。
