格隆匯8月22日丨天域生態(603717.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入4.34億元，同比下降24.85%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3399.41萬元，同比下降25.62%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤3332.81萬元，同比下降26.23%；基本每股收益0.1406元。
2019年“鄉村振興”戰略全面實施，釋放出巨大的市場容量，為生態行業提供了新的發展機遇，也提出更高的產業整合需求，公司聚焦農村市場，探索鄉村綜合環境整治、田園綜合體開發、循環農業及生態養殖等方向業務。
2019 年上半年，經濟形勢依舊複雜多變，公司主動調整戰略方向，持續優化訂單結構，堅持從付款能力、融資可能性、安全性等多方面篩選項目，加大EPC項目承接力度，嘗試實施部分運營類項目，報告期內公司及子公司累計簽訂合同44項，合計金額為人民幣7.23億元，基本與去年同期持平。截至本報告出具之日，公司中標了渡江戰役總前委舊址文化生態園工程EPC 運維管理(設計、採購、施工及運維管理一體化)、公安縣水韻孱陵(中心城區水環境綜合整治)EPC 總承包等項目，其中渡江戰役項目作為《安徽省“十三五”旅遊業發展規劃》中“重大建設項目”中的“省級層面重大項目”。報告期內公司全力組織實施的景德鎮市殯儀館及公墓配套設施建設項目設計施工總承包項目是江西省殯葬改革的重點項目，是當地政府打造的高水平紅色愛國主義教育基地。
2019年6月28日，國務院發佈《關於促進鄉村振興的指導意見》提出“促進產業融合發展，增強鄉村產業聚合力”，形成“農業+”多業態發展趨勢，其中農業與文化、旅遊、教育、康養產業等業態融合與公司探索的田園綜合體發展新模式理念一致。公司根據項目所在地的地域特色因地制宜，利用品牌影響力，通過搭建輕資產運營平台推動田園綜合體建設，逐步形成“天域田園”項目的綜合解決方案。2019年6月，公司“天域田園”商標已獲初審通過。公司首個田園綜合體試點項目—天域•新義田園綜合體是探索美麗鄉村建設和產業融合，帶動當地經濟發展的有益嘗試，項目一期已建成，得到上海市委領導的考察關注。截至本報告出具之日，公司已與餘杭區人民政府東湖街道辦事處就東湖天域田園項目簽訂了《合作框架協議》，與安徽省農墾集團有限公司就農業開發、文化旅遊、生態環境、區域開發等合作簽訂了《戰略合作協議》。
