航新科技(300424.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤升6.69%至3282.27萬元
格隆匯8月22日丨航新科技(300424.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約5.68億元，同比增長97.19%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約3282.27萬元，同比增長6.69%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤約2295.70萬元，同比增長16.61%；基本每股收益0.1368元。
報告期內，圍繞董事會制定的各項戰略規劃，全力落實年初制定的經營目標，公司管理層秉持“公正、擔當、創新、專注、協作、服務”的理念，積極整合資源，推動公司穩步向前發展。公司整體業務規模實現增長，營業收入較上年同期有較大增長。報告期內業績變化的主要因素如下：、
1、前期設備研製與保障業務受到客户機構調整等因素影響導致部分合同簽署及付款進度延後的情況逐步好轉。
2、航空維修及服務業務受益於愛沙尼亞Magnetic飛機維修有限公司發展態勢良好，增厚公司業績。
業務層面，多項機載設備、測試設備及保障產品完成驗證，無人機和發動機綜合保障等領域取得突破進展；在機載產品研製上獲得多項突破，例如，綜合數據採集系統和完好性使用監測系統開始按計劃批量生產，無人機飛行參數記錄系統和寬體直升機HUMS系統完成驗證等，並已經開展PHM(飛機故障預測與健康管理)、CMS(飛機中央維修系統)、EMU(發動機健康監測系統)和試點建設大數據應用業務等研製和批產。
在航空維修及服務方面，利用自身深耕民機維修領域多年積累的行業優勢，積極延伸產業鏈、拓展海外市場。公司通過位於愛沙尼亞的全資子公司MMRO收購DMHB.V.公司，可和MMRO公司實現業務優勢互補，收購完成後，公司將具備大部分窄體機/寬體機航線維護能力。
