白雲山(600332.SH)半年度扣非淨利潤升43.1%至22.05億元
格隆匯8月22日丨白雲山(600332.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入333.41億元，同比增長124.67%；利潤總額32.12億元，同比增長6.66%；歸屬於公司股東的淨利潤25.48億元，同比下降2.73%；歸屬於公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤22.05億元，同比增長43.10%；基本每股收益1.567元。
報告期，利潤總額同比變動的主要原因是：(1)去年因醫藥公司納入合併範圍，公司按購買日的公允價值確認購買日之前持有份額的長期股權投資增值8.26億元，及公司確認了所持有的一心堂公司股權公允價值變動收益2.55億元，本期無上述事項；(2)報告期因醫藥公司、王老吉藥業納入公司合併範圍使得該報表項目本期發生額增長；(3)報告期，公司下屬全資子公司王老吉大健康公司因實施控費維價措施及收到政府補助，利潤實現較大增長；(4)報告期，公司下屬其他企業主營業務利潤增加。
報告期，歸屬於公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤同比增長43.10%，主要原因是：(1)報告期因醫藥公司、王老吉藥業納入公司合併範圍使得該報表項目本期發生額增長；(2)報告期，公司下屬全資子公司王老吉大健康公司因實施控費維價措施，利潤實現較大增長；(3)報告期，公司下屬其他企業主營業務利潤增加。
經營活動產生的現金流量淨額同比下降176.97%，主要原因是：2018年1-5月醫藥公司為公司合營企業，2018年5月31日完成30%股權收購後，醫藥公司納入公司合併範圍，公司經營活動產生的現金流量淨額同比減少主要受該公司影響。該公司經營活動現金流量淨額減少的主要原因是：(1)在廣州GPO中標後，加大了藥品儲備採購；(2)調整業務結構，醫院銷售比重有所提高,醫院業務回款期較長致使應收賬款增加；(3)票據貼現同比減少。
