藍焰控股(000968.SZ)半年度淨利潤升1.32%至3.34億元擬10派0.5元
格隆匯8月22日丨藍焰控股(000968.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入9.86億元，同比下降1.71%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.34億元，同比增長1.32%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤3.29億元，同比增長0.40%；基本每股收益0.34元，擬每10股派發現金紅利0.5元(含税)。
報告期內，公司詳細制定各區塊增產方案，加快加密井、老區補充井等新井建設投運；加強技術研究攻關和技術改造試驗，推動低產井改造、老井挖潛增產；紮實推進智能化排採，提高公司生產效率；拓展采空區煤層氣抽採業務，爭取儘快形成新的氣量增長點。公司各區塊產氣量均有不同程度的提升，報告期完成煤層氣抽採量7.43億立方米，煤層氣利用量5.73億立方米，煤層氣銷售量3.72億立方米。
報告期內，公司已經初步完成了四個區塊的地質填圖和二維地震等前期現場勘查工作，基本摸清各區塊的地質特徵，正在進行勘探數據的分析和研究；柳林石西區塊、武鄉南區塊已取得了試採批准書，正在對符合條件的氣井進行試採，獲取更加詳實的儲層數據，為提交儲量報告做準備；各區塊相關輔助配套設施建設也在根據勘查進展情況有序推進。截至2019年7月31日，四個區塊完成地質填圖610平方千米，二維地震369.31千米，累計完成鑽井122口，壓裂53口，試運行井19口。
公司堅持“應銷盡銷、以銷促產”，積極開發管輸氣調峯與壓縮煤層氣下游新客户，根據市場供需情況適時調整銷售價格，保障銷售渠道的暢通和利潤最大化；加強與客户的溝通，確保公司檢修與客户檢修時間同步，減少氣量損失；對增壓站等輸配設施進行技術改造，提高氣量調配能力。報告期內，實現煤層氣銷售收入6.47億，同比增長19.89%。
公司積極參與山西省2019年煤層氣勘查區塊項目招標工作，公司全資子公司藍焰煤層氣成功取得和順馬坊東區塊(區塊面積253.82平方千米)的勘探權，並積極準備下次招標工作；根據重大資產重組承諾，藍焰煤層氣已取得了成莊煤礦、寺河煤礦(東區)、鄭莊井田的煤層氣採礦權和胡底井田的煤層氣探礦權。上述區塊的取得，增加了公司的煤層氣資源儲備，有利於提升公司可持續發展能力。
