中工國際(002051.SZ)上半年扣非淨利降19.52%至4.78億元
格隆匯8月22日丨中工國際(002051.SZ)公佈2019上半年業績，公司實現營收55億元，同比下降7.71%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5億元，同比下降21.38%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤4.78億元，同比下降19.52%。業績下降的主要原因為國際經濟形勢複雜，經濟動能放緩，公司部分項目生效滯後，導致報告期營業收入出現一定程度的下滑，公司業績同比下降。
報告期內，公司有2個項目實現了竣工，合同金額累計為2.1億美元。分別為：委內瑞拉奧裏諾科三角洲農業綜合發展項目和厄瓜多爾伊基央大學城建設項目一期A段。
報告期內，公司重點在執行工程承包類項目38個，總體進展順利，其中重大在執行項目2個：埃塞俄比亞瓦爾凱特糖廠項目一期土建開始進入全面室內裝修階段，二期除原糖煮煉車間和精糖車間廠房外其他車間主體結構已完成；烏茲別克PVC生產綜合體建設項目鋼結構主體全部安裝完畢，開始進入單機調試階段。
報告期內，中國中元在執行設計諮詢類項目700餘個，總體進展順利，其中：橫琴口岸及綜合交通樞紐開發工程項目全面進入施工圖設計階段；中國航信北京高科技產業園區項目已完成施工圖設計工作；援柬埔寨體育場項目已完成設計工作，正在就工程技術問題協調溝通，並配合監理單位加強質量控制。
中國中元在執行工程承包類項目64個，總體進展順利，其中：長白山山水林田湖草生態保護修復工程打捆項目全面進入設計階段，23項子項工程已開工；杭州市倉前街道夢想小鎮安置區塊一、二期設計採購施工總承包項目一期基坑圍護設計方案已完成專家論證，二期進入基坑圍護方案設計階段；唐山市中心醫院項目正在進行收尾工程施工，進行新增電纜、配電箱安裝以及各專業調試等工作；浦江縣中醫院遷建工程已完成外管網及道路、抗震支架等專項設計工作，正在進行室內精裝、室外園林施工圖設計；南航西安分公司運營基地項目一期第一階段工程已完成初步設計和概算工作。
