思維列控(603508.SH)半年度扣非淨利潤升149.08%至1.68億元
格隆匯8月22日丨思維列控(603508.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入5.65億元，同比增長98.64%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤7.23億元，同比增長625.09%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.68億元，同比增長149.08%；基本每股收益3.78元。
2018年至2019年初，公司成功實施產業併購，以現金及股份支付方式購買藍信科技100%股權，藍信科技成為公司全資子公司。2019年上半年，公司整體盈利能力顯著增強，於報告期內實現營業收入5.65億元，同比增長98.64%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤7.23億元(其中因實施重大資產重組，標的公司藍信科技公允價值調整形成的投資收益5.56億元)，同比增長625.09%，實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.68億元，同比增長149.08%。
近來年，公司着力提升LKJ系統市場佔有率，為列控系統升級產品——LKJ-15奠定市場基礎。2014年至本報告期末，公司LKJ2000市場佔有率持續提升。報告期內，公司LKJ2000市場佔有率較2018年末增長1.01個百分點至49.66%，達到歷史最高水平。在LKJ-15推廣方面，中標鄭州局全路第一單LKJ-15採購招標項目。報告期內，公司全力配合國家鐵路集團開展產品價格寫實及定價工作。
報告期內，公司機務安防業務實現營業收入9677.47萬元，同比增長136.50%。主要原因：2018年第四季度以來，鐵路系統對機務安防系統代表產品6A、CMD的招標逐步恢復，2019年新造機車相關訂單亦實現恢復性增長，6A、CMD產品銷量和收入大幅增長；同時，公司全力開拓機務市場，新產品收入增幅較大。
報告期內，公司鞏固三鐵國際業務成果，三鐵及海外項目在手訂單突破1450萬元。其中，公司中標深圳地鐵項目並簽署合同，合同金額約1000萬元，將於2019年底前交付。中標坦桑尼亞鐵路信號項目，合同金額約450萬元。地鐵業務方面，公司CBTC項目取得新進展，完成子系統ATP、ATO平台開發並分別取得SIL4、SIL2證書，預計2020年具備試驗條件。
2019年一季度以來，藍信科技業績延續高速增長態勢。報告期內，藍信科技實現營業收入2.29億元，同比增長71.14%，實現淨利潤1.29億元，同比增長146.05%，實現扣非淨利潤1.25億元，同比增長139.02%。2019年上半年，藍信科技已完成2019年度業績承諾扣非淨利潤1.69億元的73.89%。預計全年有望超額完成2019年業績承諾。
