德爾股份(300473.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤降58.83%至4070.24萬元
格隆匯8月22日丨德爾股份(300473.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約19.26億元，同比增長4.58%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約4070.24萬元，同比下降58.83%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤約3724.49萬元，同比下降61.41%；基本每股收益0.3909元。
作為汽車零部件系統供應商，公司緊跟汽車電動化、新能源化、智能化發展趨勢，不斷豐富產品線，已實現泵及電泵類產品、電機電控及智能駕駛輔助系統產品、降噪(NVH)隔熱及輕量化類產品在國內外整機廠商的廣泛應用，並積極佈局氫燃料電池、全固態電池(ASSB)等產品領域。公司擁有垂直一體化的製造能力和全球化配套體系保證，通過遍及亞洲、北美、歐洲的多處主要生產基地，能夠對客户的需求作出快速反應。同時，公司將全球的技術水平與中國實際情況結合，更加靈活務實，有眾多優秀的本土合作伙伴，在中國本土市場優勢較為突出。
2019年1-6月，國內汽車產銷量分別為1213.2萬輛和1232.3萬輛，比上年同期分別下降13.7%和12.4%，其中，乘用車產銷分別完成997.8萬輛和1012.7萬輛，比上年同期分別下降15.8%和14.0%；商用車產銷分別完成215.4萬輛和219.6萬輛，比上年同期分別下降2.3%和4.1%；新能源汽車產銷分別完成61.4萬輛和61.7萬輛，比上年同期分別增長48.5%和49.6%。
HPS泵類產品業務目前基本穩定；齒輪泵銷售由於工程機械市場的快速發展，銷售收入較去年有了顯著提升，在國內重卡自卸車領域的市場佔有率超過40%。
在變速箱油泵產品方面，已為上汽變速器、南京邦奇、柳州上汽變速器、江麓容大等客户批量供貨，並獲得長城汽車、吉利變速器、哈爾濱東安等定點。報告期內變速箱油泵產量快速提升，未來變速箱油泵產品的業績規模會呈逐年快速增長趨勢。隨着年新增100萬台汽車自動變速箱油泵項目的逐步實施，該項目將為公司帶來可觀的經濟效益，成為公司經營業績提升的有力推動因素。
公司電液泵產品目前已擁有克萊斯勒、上汽乘用車、鄭州日產、廈門金龍、上汽商用車、東風、江鈴汽車、吉利等眾多客户資源，並已分別實現批量供貨和定點合作。由於客户訂單需求量的快速增加，公司加快了電液泵項目的產能投入。
公司的電機產品除內部配套於公司的電液泵、變速箱電子泵等電泵產品外，外部也配套轉向系統的EPS電機、剎車電機、駐車電機、蓄能電機、換檔電機等，報告期內形成了新的利潤增長點。隨着可轉債募投項目的達成，將會達到預期收益。
公司汽車電控產品方面，除配套於內部的電液泵EHPS、變速箱電子泵EOP等動力電子產品穩定出貨，還完成了多個新項目的定點合作，涵蓋克萊斯勒、上汽商用車、江鈴汽車、上汽乘用車、一汽集團、湖南吉盛、東安三菱、廣汽乘用車等眾多客户資源；另外，車身電子產品方面，PEPS、BCM、AVM產品日漸成熟穩定，吸引更多客户洽談合作；APA及與其AVM融合產品的開發，也將為公司帶來新的增長點。
