格隆匯8月22日丨國脈科技(002093.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約2.55億元，同比下降60.17%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約7276.57萬元，同比下降29.21%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約5514.09萬元，同比下降29.43%；基本每股收益0.0722元。
2019年6月6日，工信部向中國電信、中國移動、中國聯通、中國廣電發放5G商用牌照。我國正式進入5G商用元年，各通信運營商啟動5G網絡大規模建設，積極推動萬物互聯的通信基礎設施構建，通信行業將因此繼續保持蓬勃快速發展。作為國內專業的通信網絡技術服務商，公司持續為運營商提供專業技術服務二十餘年，已經做好充足的技術和人力資源儲備，積極參與運營商5G網絡建設，公司緊抓5G發展機遇，集中精力加強5G、物聯網業務發展，提高公司的行業地位和綜合競爭實力。
公司在報告期內聚焦5G、物聯網發展戰略，公司業務結構優化效果顯著，毛利率、淨利率創近五年新高，資產負債率持續下降，截至上半年末資金和可用授信額度充足，公司集中人力、財務、技術資源聚焦5G、物聯網相關核心業務的佈局與拓展，打造高品質的科技企業；2019年半年度公司實現營業收入約2.55億元,同比下降60.17%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為7276.57萬元,同比下降29.21%，連續兩個季度淨利潤環比增長,報告期環比2018年下半年增長165.14%；綜合毛利率由去年同期的39.13%提升至63.69%，歸母淨利率由去年同期的16.04%提升至28.51%，均創近五年新高。
報告期福州理工學院產學研研究課題32項，同比增長19%，創新創業項目32項，同比增長28%，其中國家級項目5項，發表論文50篇，同比增長22%；公司確立研發項目14項，獲得知識產權6項，其中發明專利2項，軟件著作權4項，截至報告期末公司累計獲得各類知識產權共計104項。
報告期內，公司堅持產教融合的新路徑，堅持產學研、產教深度融合。學院目前建設有物聯網產業專業羣和雲計算與大數據產業專業羣，在物聯網工程、電子信息工程、通信工程、網絡工程、軟件工程和計算機科學與技術等的專業設置、人才培養、科研等方面與公司的物聯網發展戰略緊密結合，成為公司研發創新、物聯網業務場景應用以及人才培養的基地與創新項目孵化平台。學院在產、學、研深度融合的模式為公司業務和技術發展帶來的良好的協同效應，支撐公司戰略發展，同時也促進了福州理工學院學科建設與發展。
