格隆匯8月22日丨沃格光電(603773.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入2.62億元，同比下降28.43%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3925.19萬元，同比下降66.89%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2912.18萬元，同比下降73.55%；基本每股收益0.4149元。
為進一步保持公司的核心競爭力，公司不斷加強技術研發儲備。報告期，公司研發的嵌入式TFT玻璃表面觸摸屏產品、TFT-LCD用濺射鍍膜設備研發和產業化、超硬膜技術研發、薄化不拋光技術開發、AMOLED產品薄化技術開發、In-Cell抗干擾高阻鍍膜技術研發、On-Cell觸摸屏技術研發、超薄玻璃技術研發、G5大板薄化等技術已完成研發；
研發中的項目進展主要有：高透ITO技術已經進入中試階段，該項技術目前國內僅公司具備該項技術以及產能設備，目前國內僅公司的該項技術通過了的驗證，預計年內有望應用於車載產品；利用鍍光學膜，調整視窗區域的反射，從而使觸摸顯示屏視窗與絲印邊框趨於統一顏色的一體黑項目，已進入中試階段，該項技術目前國內僅公司通過國內排名居前的知名智能終端認可，產品可應用於智能手機、智能穿戴等移動消費電子終端，預計年內可生產；仿金屬膜項目已進入小試階段；在PI上濺射一層高附着力的薄銅電極層，在通過薄銅做電極電鍍所需要的銅厚柔性覆銅板項目已進入中試階段；在PI等柔性基材上，製作微電路的柔性線路板項目已進入小試階段；利用超聲波識別指紋，超聲波穿透到皮膚真皮進行指紋識別，具有更安全特性的超聲波屏下指紋項目已進入小試階段；5G天線項目進入小試階段；研發可切換的光柵式的光屏障式裸眼3D技術已進入小試階段；特殊視覺功能鍍膜技術研發進入小試階段；開發轉換效率高的微波接受功能薄膜，應用於無線充電領域、5G通信的微波功能鍍膜技術進入中試階段；市場需求比較大的光學式屏下指紋技術已完成小試。
此外，公司還新增開發了基於超薄PI膜（已完成中試）為基材的功能器件，用於5G產品、OLED柔性屏等的柔性電子薄膜技術、鍍膜技術以及彩色裝飾膜、高透鍍膜、高透In-Cell抗干擾高阻鍍膜等技術研發的立項。報告期內，公司研發投入為9,490,658.13元，公司新增獲得國內授權專利12件，其中發明專利4件，實用新型專利8件。截至2019年6月30日，公司分別向美國、歐洲、日本申請的2件國際專利，已獲得日本授權；公司共擁有國內專利126項，其中發明專利46項，實用新型專利80項，另外，正在申請的國內發明專利56項，國內實用新型專利7項。未來，公司將繼續加強研發投入，做好研發技術儲備，為公司未來繼續領跑市場，提升公司的品牌服務，提升訂單吸附能力，為公司創造更多高附加值的產品服務而努力。
