北斗星通(002151.SZ)半年度業績盈轉虧至4330.92萬元
格隆匯8月22日丨北斗星通(002151.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入13.28億元，同比下降10.25%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損4330.92萬元，上年同期盈利4807.56萬元；基本每股虧損0.09元。
報告期內公司實現歸母淨利潤-4331萬元，同比下降190%，主要原因：(1)計提了加拿大Fathom Sy stemsInc資產減值影響3002萬，而去年同期出售海上鮮股權獲得投資收益2481萬元，二項合計同比影響為5483萬元。(2)研發費用支出同期增長1908萬元。(3)由於受汽車行業影響，智能網聯業務遭受收入和毛利率雙降影響，該業務同比虧損增加2329萬元。
公司按照“1+1+N”的戰略部署，緊緊抓住中美貿易摩擦所帶來的國產化替代計劃，不斷加強對技術人才的專業提升、創新研發機制、規範研發管理，以縮短新產品開發週期，提升公司的運營能力和交付能力，夯實在導航芯片、陶瓷元器件、高精度天線等產品線的發展基礎。報告期內，公司緊抓5G、北斗三等領域技術迭代更新的機遇，在5G基站用介質陶瓷濾波器研發和產能建設、小型化低功耗導航芯片、車載智能座艙等各類新業態領域持續加大研發投入；通過“大營銷”的銷售策略，逐步發揮內部各業務單元的協同效應；“IC+雲”的高精度位置服務模式逐步落地，公司完成了採用自主創新設計的HAAS技術驗證平台，為下一步給國內手機制造商提供服務創造了前提條件。報告期內，公司研發支出總額1.31億元，比上年同期增長41%。
鑑於國內汽車產業由增量市場轉向存量市場，對汽車電子需求由傳統汽車影音導航向集成式智能化座艙電子過渡，為抓住汽車電子“智能化、網聯化、電動化”發展趨勢，公司通過設立“北斗智聯”，將公司智能網聯相關的業務和資產全部注入北鬥智聯；同時，戰略合作伙伴華瑞世紀將旗下從事汽車電子業務的遠特科技注入北斗智聯，以提升規模和實現優勢互補。目標是利用3-5年時間將北斗智聯打造成“國內領先、國際一流的智能網聯電子產品、技術與服務提供商”。
